What size laundry shampoo + conditioner refills do you prefer?
Since showing you all the original 5L refill / bulk buy boxes, a lot of you guys have been asking for a smaller size refill option so you can switch up your fragrance regularly, and have a lower upfront cost! So we’ve been working on 2 different options:
1. A 48 wash pouch that refills your bottle 2x!
2. A 100 wash bulk box that refills your bottle 4x!
Both options save on packaging waste and will be more cost effective for you compared with buying the same amount of bottles.
But.. the 48 wash pouch is better if you want to switch up the fragrances more often, and the 100 wash box will work out a bigger saving per wash load!
Let us know your votes for size 1 or size 2! We’ll prioritise producing the refill size that has more votes first.

I would say option 1 the 48 Wash refill as the bigger option would be too big to store. I would love a fragrance concentrate to be able to add an additional scent boost too.

Hi, to me its all about convenience, concentrated, don’t like storing massive bottles. If you could shrink = dehydrate 4x refill into a more compact box, you save on shipping cost and I save storage and time with regular shoping / payments = account reconciliations etc.
More concentrated products for me please 🙏

It be good if you could get say a large chrome bottle and then option 2 could be dispensed into that .

I think option 2 saves on pollution and shipping costs. Also it should work out cheaper than buying the plastic bottles on our supermarket shelves, that would only be the way I would purchase

Option 1
Haven’t tried any yet, so can imagine if I tried one and liked it and I’d go with option 1 first, then when I’ve found my firm favourite I’d happily commit to option 2. Agree that both options are viable. Storage is a big consideration although the very attractive packaging means I wouldn’t mind it being on show.

Personally I think I’d like the bigger box as I love Odyssey and would buy in bulk but also like the idea of the pouches to switch up when I fancied a change!
The 48 gives us a chance to swap scents..
Option 2
I think you should do both options as some people will prefer to switch it up and some people will prefer to stick to a fragrance they love and save more money. Personally, I’d pick OPTION 2 so that I can save money. Then to switch it up I’d buy the original product in 2 or 3 different scents and just keep them all refilled and switch between them!

Love the idea of a 100 wash box, fabulous for cutting back on bottles, plastic and money saving too 😁.

So glad you’re considering of offering refills! I love my bottles and hate tossing them. Living in a city apartment, space is tight, so I’m voting for option 1. Cheers for thinking sustainably! 👍💚

I would use either however the bigger one is more cost effective. That said, I love mixing my scents wash to wash so I may get better use from the 48 washes if I’m buying one of each to last a year 😂

Definitely the larger one, that’s the point of it – to refill the existing bottles. The pouches refill twice, so I now have a full bottle and half a pouch. But I do have the space to store bulk buying (I understand some people don’t), it always works out cheaper in the long run and once I’ve found something I like it’s difficult to convince me otherwise.
I would say option 1 as I like to swap fragrances depending on the season.. love them all! ❤️
Both sizes have merit depending on your usage needs. I would definitely look to buying the larger option for my favourite fragrance and the smaller pouches for when I fancy swapping out for a change.
Option 1 – I’m a sucker for switching up my fragrances especially when yours are all so beautiful. I love to do my bit saving the planet with an eco refill but wouldn’t want to commit to option 2 if the first one was a choice for me and my indecisive mind!
Both would be great if it cut down in costs plus a disperening cup would be great also

Really torn, appreciate both options as 2 is much better for recycling/less plastic etc. but probably 1 gets the edge for being able to change fragrances more often :-)

I prefer option 1 as will give option to switch fragrances more often, however, i prefer the packaging on option 2 more as will be easier to store at home.

I’d say option 1. I think most people will want the option to change fragrance after 2 bottles full (plus the original full bottle). If they like the fragrance then I don’t think buying 2x refills is much of a compromise

I don’t want to throw any of the lovely containers away or have any more big boxes in my cupboard now I’ve got every fragrance sitting there!
I would prefer Size 1. With the smaller refill pack it would be easier to change your fragrance choice more regularly.

I like number 2 as having arthritis I find it difficult to pour the pouch into a bottle. But saying that I think space wise 1 would be better as I have a small flat for storage options.

Large box
I like both options, but again it depends on the individual person and needs. It’s hard to decide because I like your products.

If I had to choose just one, I think I would prefer the smaller size 1 option, this is the size I would usually buy with other refills, great size if you want to change up fragrances and not as bulky to store. But, with that said if I loved one particular fragrance (haven’t tried them all yet) and the larger size to worked out cheaper per load, I would go with that. Added to that it would be great to be able to send back used refill packs in a pre paid envelope and would love the option of a non plastic ‘forever bottle’. Hope that helps. Thanks!

I’d prefer option 1- 48 washes initially as I’m yet to try all of the fragrances. Would be interested in option 2 in the future though ☺️

I would always vote for whatever reduces the overall amount of packaging, there the larger 100 wash box.
Size 2 if it’s cheaper. I’d get my fave scent and then have the smaller refills for any other for a change if I want

I would literally buy option 2 and never decant it into the bottles. Just having the canisters sitting on a shelf and filling up a measuring cup for each wash

Hi, I’m a potential client – I haven’t ordered yet but am wanting the scent discovery set. For me, I would rather the dispenser in the box – I would put it into like an Ariel plastic pot that goes into the drum. I wouldn’t put it into the bottle. Would you make your own pot perhaps?
Also – please make a laundry cleanser and concentrated perfume and tumble dry sheets 💗. Lovely niche brand keep going
I wonder if option 2 is a refill, or more a dispenser. Just like how you would use boxed wine? I would use this option in that way if it came with a measure.

The pouch for me, I’m very limited in storage space so wouldn’t buy the larger one.

I go for the big box every time, I hate running out. I can decanter it into the bottles no problem.

Probably the most environmentally sound one which would be the bigger size. The less packaging the better too. Are you planning to expand into Europe?
I would prefer the eco cheapest option which is the biggest. But smaller would be good in the same format (cardboard)
Cost saving is a great incentive for me, so option 2 to be rolled out first with the option 1, 48 wash hot on its heals. This way you can buy your fav 100 wash for your every day and maybe have a sneaky little 48 wash pouch for the days you just wanna mix it up!
Number 1 much easier takes up less space and you can change up scents . I have 3 I love lol .

To be honest, both. You know how much I love Oud, so for me personally the 100 would be ideal. The more Oud the better my life is.

The BIB option (no.2) scrap the bottle as beautiful as they are. And have somewhere to pop the measure Jigger in the top of the bottle (handle point.)
