Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Help us re-name this product!

In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂

The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!

Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!

Would love to hear from you 💜

I really dislike anything with ‘vanilla’. The artificial vanilla scents can be vile. I avoid. Suggest sampling it it give out scratch sniff cards. I’d have to smell it first as with ‘vanilla’ wouldn’t order it!

I haven’t tried it but I would buy it because if the name. Candy is for kids Why not call it Indian Ocean ? Aegean coast ? Almalfi days ? Something more grown up / aspirational.

For me personally, I was put off by both the name and the colour of the bottle. Why not try a deep green bottle and some kind of oriental name? You’ve got dragon and lychee to go with. Looks too cotton candy/twee/girly etc. as it is now. Can’t vouch for the fragrance yet as I’m working my way through my recent purchase of discovery samples! So far the verdict is LUSH!!!! Oud is my favourite so far. Got lots left to try.

Candy Beach has a fabulous smell but just doesn’t have the staying power of others.
I reorder Oud, Bahama Vibes & Odyssey because weeks after washing when my clothes come out for wearing they still smell of T&A and isn’t that what we are paying a premium price for. Of course this is subjective, we all have different sensitivity sensors in our noses 😜

On a side note polite request from a loyal customer, please please please don’t launch in the USA until you have your logistics and service meeting your legal obligations in the UK.

We believe in team T+A 🙏❤️ ☮️

For me it’s definitely the name. It does not reflect the lovely fragrances in it but instead for me invokes images of popcorn and supersweet candy, something I don’t like.
