Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Help us re-name this product!

In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂

The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!

Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!

Would love to hear from you 💜

Despite buying the products and receiving the samples (which didn’t contain it), I’d never heard of candy beach. I almost missed it even when I went searching. I think the colour of the packaging is too similar to aurora and celestial and if it’s not in the samples there’s no way of new buyers getting to find out what it smells like. Idea – keep the smell, add to samples and change the colour of the packaging.
Can I get a sample to try ;)

I’ve really been wanting to try it, but there are never any samples of it when I check the website. I will definitely be purchasing a sample if they come back in stock. I initially ordered the discovery samples set and surprisingly for me I ended up liking and purchasing different fragrances than I predicted I would, therefore I’m not likely to order Candy Beach without giving it a try first.

The bottle colour is quite similar to Aurora. If Candy Beach is your signature colour and fragrance perhaps a change of bottle colour for Aurora (a pretty shade of green after aurora borealis?) to differentiate between the two products.

I would say it’s the name. It implies quite a sickly sweet smell. Rename and I reckon you’ll be laughing. Maybe full moon beach or something. As the dragon fruit notes etc

Rename it: Shangri-la or Nirvana. See if the product sales improve after the relaunch. If not start again.
