The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

Ahhh what a wonderful idea!!! Things like; treatboxes of Beeston Brownie Company Brownies, vouchers for coffee and cake/pastry, coffee syrups, personalised chocolate slabs and those little sweet treats that are so joy-brining would be perfect suggestions for future gifts for customers! Match the sweet smells of our clothing from your brand hehe 🥰

I have been using eco products for years, but I really wanted a beautiful fragrance, I found Tallow and Ash last year and I love it! My son’s and their wives/partners are very much eco too and I became a Granny 7 weeks ago. We all need a Tallow and Ash in our lives, not everyone has the funds, if I were to be chosen for a gift, I would definitely have a give back to the community x
