I haven’t received the code to unlock the new Pistachio fragrance or any details of the promised discount code for being an investor / part of the members club. Please could this be looked into?

How do we join the members club?
How come my message was not published about agreeing with another customer that us not being in the ‘members club’ is awful because us buyers have supported you by buying your products for a full year,so without our business your business would not grow thereafter I agree why are we receiving the emails saying ‘exclusive only’ it’s a tad teasing & upsets me that I have spent hundreds of pounds buying your products including the new IOTC & STAIN REMOVER plus Christmas products & bulk bought Candy Beach as it’s a favourite but you have decided to discontinue it….
I was giving feedback as you requested but because it’s negative & basically saying your business model is not fair you have not allowed my feedback or contacted me regarding it….
I have to agree with some of the above comments about the product only being available to investors….
I have also spend hundreds of pounds buying all your different scents including the Christmas ones therefore have contributed to your sales,profit & making your brand the No1 go to for laundry detergent…
I even bought bulk of the IOTC & Stain remover but cannot buy the new sage green bottle of Pistachio,you should send these emails to investors only not ALL your customers because as said before it’s like your saying ‘woo hoo here it is our fabulous new product but it’s only available from Friday to investors,so sod the rest of you who have supported us through our 1st yr’
Not all of us could afford to be an investor but have supported you by buying all your products including sample sachets too & have been loyal to you but we don’t get to sample or buy it….
A tad disappointed T&A 😞 & not only did you discontinue my favourite Candy Beach you have decided to make IOTC a yearly buy only which is an amazing scent & I love like other customers but having to wait for a NEW scent just doesn’t sound like a good business plan,if customers love it like your other scents why only make this once a year,I get it was to celebrate your 1yr of business but if its a great seller why stop us who love it from buying it & waiting another 12mth?
All those customers you have which have helped your sales rocket but could not invest are missing out & it’s a shame because we have been loyal too supporting you & without all our sales where would your new business be? Just a thought & don’t want to sound harsh but I obviously not the only customer who thinks this!! X
I haven’t received the code to unlock the new Pistachio fragrance. Possible that you don’t have me in your data as an investor? I haven’t received any sample or discount announced for the investors until now. Could you check that for me ?

I have to say that i’ve followed you guys for a while but i’m not an investor, I love your products but I don’t agree with the business decision to make fragrances only available at certain times or to certain people.
I could get behind the birthday one, that made sense. But I actually can’t get behind the “you can only buy this if you’re an investor”. For those who are not investors and who avidly follow your products it can leave customers feeling a little bit disregarded. The rest of the folks who have bought your products have given you money too, we’ve supported you as well… the email saying “hey look, new fragrance… but you can’t have it” is a little bit crap.
I won’t stop buying your products as a result, and i’m not too butthurt about it, but at the same time it’s just feedback that you might want to consider. I have plenty of your product at home (the birthday one actually which is awesome) but if you had launched a jo malone duplicate and only offered it to investors i have to say… I’d be kicking off.
Why send the rest of us emails if we can’t buy it?
