My fabulous sister. We’ve just lost our Mum and she has been so supportive and I hope I have been the same to her. Life is so tough but she helps me with everything.

My functional medicine practitioner works tirelessly with passion and commitment, not just with clients but across health networks (this weekend she did a presentation at a breast cancer charity function) and in her free time to raise awareness of what it’s possible to achieve outside of established healthcare frameworks – her insight into genetics and nutrition is incredible to the point where, in all sincerity, I reckon she probably saved my life.

My amazing most wonderful best friend Francesca. I honestly cannot even in words sum up how beautiful and selfless of a human being she is. She has been trying to conceive for years and each time its ended in sadness and not the outcome she wished for, she’s saved, worked multiple jobs to fund IVF treatment to create the family she always dreamed of, sadly this to wasn’t to be. I remember her words to me when she had a very good amount to begin the process and she said she chooses life and love and threw every penny into her dream of being a mother. However day after day she gives, cares, helps others with words and her time to ensure other people keep smiling. Her light is so generous, daily she sends me affirmations and beautiful messages all looking through a lens of hope and true kindness. I’m honoured to have this woman as a best friend. She truly does deserve an acknowledgement. Love you hun always xxx

I would love to celebrate my sister Liz. She’s my absolute rock and is having such a horrible time health wise right now. Since October she’s picking infections one after the other and still continues to help all the family. I just want her to slow down and take time for herself and get well. She always takes me here, there and everywhere to hospital appointments as I can’t drive right now. I just want her to know how much I love and appreciate her. Fingers crossed. ♥️
