Just got a new puppy called bruno! He’s a jack Russel and he’s 13 weeks old. I think this is a great idea for getting a brand new pet. The amount of washing I’m doing! Not sure how to send a picture on this. But can reply with one

I used the first duo of samples today and the writing is so small I mixed up the wash and the conditioner. Maybe I discovered something new – conditioner before shampoo! Could you put a big W and a big C on the packs to make life easier? BTW the clothes were fine after an extra rinse.😉

I’ve just started using your products..and love them..in March I have worked 25 years service in our NHS including the pandemic as a cleaner..they don’t recognise this I have to do 30 years but I’m 65 this year and I’m knackered..so I really hope you would consider me …thankyou
