I would love to see shampoo and conditioner in the salted moss scent. I love it. It would also be a big help to have sample sachets of all the new products so I could try before I buy. Now the kids have all flown the nest I don’t have nearly as much laundry as I used to. I cannot afford to buy every scent in a big bottle as it would take me the rest of my life to get through them all. I’m currently working my way through one fragrence which I don’t particularly like. Had I sampled it first then I would not have bought it. I know you have a satisfaction guarantee but I would not dream of returning something once I had opened it. Could a scratch and try the scent patch on the outside of the bottles work? Everyone has different tastes (or should I say scents)? I love what you are doing and wish you every success.

To write in large letters on top of the bottles just the letter ‘C’ for conditioner or ‘D’ for detergent, that is of it doesn’t add too much to the COP. Just expedites selecting the correct bottle. I made an error of tipping the conditioner into the wash compartment the other day. xoxo

Just tried the new lemon scent shampoo + conditioner. The smell when I opened the bottle smelt amazing! So sorry but when I washed my bedding there was absolutely no smell of lemon after and when I did another dark wash with the same scent and used the dryer, the smell was not pleasant. Sorry to say it smelt of cats ####. I had to re wash the load with summer fling. Thought you needed to know this. 🙁😞

A bottle recycle scheme would be great and also maybe a new bottle for the stain remover – the top has come off mine a few times and spilled!

The only thing I have to buy separately for my laundry now is the colour catchers, so it would be amazing they could be included in the subscription too!

The Santal that I ordered sent my washing machine into over drive!! Too many suds on the error message. I think the mixture or ingredients were a bit off. Never had this before with all the other shampoos + conditioners. The suds were colossal! Thankfully the machine eventually corrected it after sometime but it did leak onto the kitchen floor. 😲😱

Would love more seasonal scents, especially now as the nights are drawing in and cozy mode is setting in. Pumpkin spice, cinnamon buns, autumn leaves etc. comes to mind. Pine, spruce, Christmas tree scent for December, similar to the scent sticks that hang on the tree. That would be amazing 🤩

Really disappointed. Bought Little Miracle. Used two capfuls of both the shampoo and conditioner – only standard loads not like I was over filling the washing machine. Fragrance barely lasted. Stains did not come out. Clothes feel slightly hardened.

I think dryer sheets and a scent booster work because the scent disappears when I put it in the dryer.

For me being able to buy the bottles on their own for if you accidentally damage one. This way you’re only buying what you need as I’d hate to see anything go to waste.

Also mini travel sized bottle for Laundry Shampoo, Conditioner and Fabric Spray. Ones that are Airport sized so you can take them on holiday with you and not get them confiscated, plus they are easier for holiday travelling.

Can your product be used in high efficiency washing machines?

It’s 23:41, I’m awake and uncomfortable. I washed bed linen in Date Night and what a mistake. Needed to use the emergency inhaler, strip the bed and put it though a wash with vinegar. The scents are so strong you can taste them.

I recently purchased the duvet day fabric purfume. I have been using this on our bedding every morning. I suffer from bad migraines and have had an attack, which took me to my bed. Now usually when I have an attack I struggle with smells (anyone who suffers with migraines will understand)..I can smell everything in my brain and they hurt…ALOT! Now this time when I got in bed all I could smell was duvet day spray and it completely settled my brain, it relaxed me enough to sleep. No pain when smelling which is so refreshing! I definitely recommend…and will be a must in my migraine tool kit 😊

Just had my first order delivered this week. Sadly one of the bottles lids wasn’t tightened properly I think and it leaked. Your products really are beautiful I’ve got my nightie on and it feels like I’m being wafted with gorgeous scent as I potter along lol. Releasing the little miracle scent as a fabric spray would be amazing. It is such a nice clean smell that reminds me of my little one.

I love these shampoos and conditioners and they smell great when drying indoors but seem to lose their scent when drying outside so please could we have stronger scents that way when i’m asked “what’s that scent?” i can proudly say it’s"Tallow & Ash"

I love T&A and would love fabric sprays in all scents please also going on a cruise in October so would love the minis for crease release for a clothes, need the sprays and bottles to have secure lids and agree with others on stronger scents and thicker liquid also scent boosters,plug in fresheners and cleaning products in all these beautiful scents & maybe a reduction in postage 💜

A seasonal scent would be amazing (though please never use cinnamon in them). Something like a spring morning with a minty freshness. Summer being whatever you can find that smells like skin that’s been in the sun all day on holiday just after a shower using locally made Greek olive oil soap. Autumn, something earthy and rich making you envision a walk in the woods as the leafs fall. And winter something crisp, cool and fresh like stepping outdoors at 6am after a night of snowing. Whatever that icy clean smell is.

Sorry for being so in depth, I wanted to bring my full feelings of the scent to the write up. (And ideally in smaller sizes as I don’t use a lot being a single person so products that are themed last me too long. Eg I still have half the mrs hinch Christmas one from last Christmas) x

I have asked this question several times over the last 6 months and you give the same answer, you are just about to name a new delivery agent instead of using the diabolical EVRI. Why have you not set up an arrangement with DPD or Royal Mail to delivery your goods?, it doesn’t take over 6 months to do that.
EVRI is the worst, unreliable and cheap option of delivery.
I can’t take the chance of ordering any of your products as their is no guarantee EVRI will deliver it!
Maybe just say, you have no intention of adding another delivery company and the customers who are hoping for another delivery can stop being lead along by your company

I wish reward points lasted longer. I’ve lost almost 600 reward points without being able to use them because I order enough to get free shipping so by the time I’ve built up enough points to use and I order again they’ve been taken away. I can’t afford to use t&a all the time. I’m not wasting it on hubbys work clothes or anything that’s getting dried in the dryer as you can barely smell it once it’s been in, it’s a luxury, but I still want to support a smaller business. It would be nice if my points could be saved till I had enough to use.

After reviewing many of the comments here, it is clear there are big issues with orders being lost or issues with delivery. I believed that because I am in the US, this may have been the reason for some of the issues. But apparently not! Looks like there are many issues that need to be resolved. Are you selling items that aren’t actually available? Why so many issues? Sounds like everyone reaches out to your customer service team and has the same experience. SERIOUSLY starting to believe there are no humans working here and all email replies are via AI.

I just received my first order (My Experience). Leakage from one bottle because it and one other bottle did not have the plastic pull back tab, to stop leaking. I would suggest taping lid, to prevent it from turning…during shipment. So better packaging would be good. This includes more box stuffing; which would prevent product from moving during shipping. I also received only half of my order. It would had been nice to note on box, 1 of 2 shipments…if a second box is coming! In my case, I don’t know if they forgot to include my 3 left out items in box because there was plenty of room OR there is a second box coming. I did send Customer Service an email, concerning this matter. It is almost 24 hours.

I do like this product and hope that improvements & my issues are noted and corrected.

Love using your products on my pets bed and blankets and wondered if T&A could create a pet hair dissolver? 😃 I can only think of 1 brand that does this and can be really hard to get hold of. It would be great if you could do bundles with the refill pouches plus stain remover, or fragrance spray. Its more eco friendly than having those bundles with only the option of the bottles. I’d definitely subscribe to one of these options if it was available.

Love the scents and packaging but the fragrance disappears in the tumble dryer so I would really appreciate some kind of tumble dryer sheet or maybe something more modern like tumble dryer balls in fancy packaging! Also would be good to have some home scents to match like plug ins or oils for a burner/defuser. Scandiscent do a fabulous waterless defuser, maybe you could do something like that but in the shape of a T&A bottle; modern and cute! Another thing; gift sets and gift bags/boxes for the perfect gift!

Tallow & Ash products are amazing and I love using them, the smell is sublime , but I find I don’t use as much conditioner as I do shampoo, so I have lots of bottles of 3/4 empty conditioners. I always use ever bit of the shampoo, running out way before the conditioner. It would be great to be able to buy single or double packs of shampoo (or conditioner) as a stand alone item.

Make the scents stronger to last longer Scent booster pearls would be a good addition but still think the existing products need to have a longer lasting scent

It would be really helpful if when buying the shamps, we get a dosing ball of some description to put in the machine like the old skool washing liquids
I also like to use one for rinse and spin with conditioner in it so my clothes smell more intense

I absolutely love the vision of Tallow and Ash, and I think it would be wonderful if you created a universal bottle – something we could purchase once and reuse many times. Ideally, it could be made of glass, with a pump for convenience and durability. I also love the idea of highly concentrated products, so we can use less while still enjoying their full effect.

One more dream of mine would be a scent booster for fabrics – but in a liquid form, not wax pearls that can leave traces on clothes. It would be amazing to also have beautiful, high-quality refill containers, perhaps even customizable, that we could treasure and reuse again and again.

As someone else has mentioned but Ironing is a chore. Yes, I spray my Date Night on my clothes after ironing but if there was a product specifically for irons, well, that would be a game changer.

I truly love Tallow and Ash – your creations feel so fresh, new, and long-awaited! Everything you make is simply inspiring. I would love to see a home fragrance line with your scents, and especially a fabric scent booster – a way to give clothes that amazing fragrance without using fabric softener. I adore all your perfumes and dream of having a wardrobe fragrance too. I also love the idea of a small gypsum figurine where you can drop oils or perfumes – so aesthetic and unique! At the same time, I’d really value a completely fragrance-free detergent for certain garments, as well as special detergents for wool or care kits for delicate fabrics.

Hi, I commented on Facebook page but wanted to add on blog. I think there should be more perks for subscribers, like early access to new products and to sample new products for feedback. Reward your loyal customers! Also, would be great for fragrance suggestions from customers- maybe run a competition and rhe most votes gets manufactured. Similar to golden oud or santal, then the winner stays for a month or two.

Do you know what, sometimes you get something right the first time other times to spend your whole life trying to get that something right ( or you think is right). Tallow-Ash are a great example of bringing to the market place something that doesn’t need a lifetime developing, the time already spent in creating unique and indulging fragrances that surround our homes, cars and cloths is testament to the right people doing what they do best, creating moments with our senses.

Could you do fragranced ironing water? I find putting water in the iron dilutes the smell of your laundry and almost eliminates it. Then the lemon or comfort ironing water masks my oud or date night!! Can’t have that 😩

I am on a really tight budget and can’t afford to buy something I can’t,/won’t use (I am very particulate which perfumes I use.)

It will be fab if the fabric conditioner can be a bit thicker and stronger in fragrance, I feel I use twice as much softener than laundry soap. Iron liquid for steam irons will also work well xx

• Use a different delivery service to Evri. The box turns up smashed and bottles are leaking. The driver says the bottles were all over the warehouse floor. Evri is really not suitable for a luxury brand.

Santal is my favourite so far, I think fabric spray with this scent would be amazing. Reed diffusers in Santal, Oud or Aurora would be amazing. I use aurora as a fabric spray in the car it is so nice. 🩷

Would love the old white lids with the sealed spouts to be brought back! The new ones seem to leak during transit to the states. Otherwise, love everything ❤️

I find the considency of the conditioner varies. Sometimes it’s runny and sometimes it’s near the same consistency as the other big brands. Also, there is a lot of wasted space in the bottles. I remember you explained the need for the space before but the space seems to be bigger. I thought it might just be me but my friend uses T&A and said the same. It means there is more plastic going into the bin. Just my rambling thoughts lol.

The new see through plastic tops are too flimsy causing the shampoo to glug out too fast when pouring into the drawer.
Please bring back the more sturdy white lids.

I’ve been using your products for a while now and have tried the majority of the fragrances. I would have said the pull top is sometimes tricky to remove however, can see you’ve completed product dev on that! For me having refills of the newer fragrances would be helpful as I now have 3 x pistachio shampoo and conditioner containers. I do feel guilty throwing them out and try to keep them them topped up with my refills – maybe a sticker when I put a new fragrance in – or maybe I could just write on it with a sharpie.

It’s great to see your CRM campaigns. I think you’re doing a cracking job building your brand and creating a great CEX. I’ve definitely converted a lot of people onto T& A!

Some clearer instructions printed on the packaging, as a leaflet, in an email or in the email receipt, and included on the product page would be useful. Have you thought about doing laundry beads to go alongside your fantastic fragrances?

Is it me or the consistency of conditioner has been changed/ diluted? I tried the Sandal and Golden wood and it just feels like they are massively diluted. Also not sure if the new bottle caps do the job. Otherwise I will try again my favourite Oud, and hope nothing has changed

The shipping process takes forever. I’m not sure what all goes into shipping, but I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Also, dryer sheets would be nice. And the deals that are offered after purchasing don’t seem to work. I’ve had to contact customer service twice about this and wasn’t offered a solution until the second time.

I left a comment previously saying I couldn’t smell the perfume, but I owe an apology! I deep cleaned my washing machine and cleared the build up of residual detergent and now I can smell every scent beautifully! If anyone has this problem I’d recommend watching a you tube video on how to unclog the conditioner and detergent in your machine! You’ll see a huge difference and then you’ll be able to smell all these lovely scents!

Just want to know how clean your products are since they do still have fragrance/perfume

I have tried 2 of the samples and 3 loads of Duvet and can not smell the fragrance after wash & dry. I read to use low heat, so I tried, but still not a huge difference in scent. I purchased for the fragrance. What am I doing wrong?

Just recently received two new sprays and noticed the nozzles are firing the liquid out more like a water gun rather than a fine spray? I sprayed it in the car and instead of it misting over the seats, it shot right over to the opposite door lol. You could maybe look at improving the nozzle style for future?

Also being able to add one off purchases to the subscription, especially the mystery box, this would save on postage.

I like how you are offering a free sample this month – you could offer free postage occasionally, or have some offers like buy one get one half price on shampoo conditioners. Washer points are great, but sometimes extra incentives will encourage extra orders.

It’s nice to be rewarded for loyalty, I personally would be over the moon if I received a surprise sample now and again too – like when you hit a certain accumulated spend, a sample will be included automatically. Little things can make such a big difference to people.

You have a lot of loyal fans/customers and it’s good fun to enter into promotions, and for T&A to gain valuable feedback – but let’s face it, most of use never win despite our sincere intentions of helping the company, so receiving little perks along the way now and again would be rewarding.

And for the rare times when there are mess ups with orders, throw in a sample to sweeten things when sorting it out.

I have a couple of things really.

Scent boosters
A high power laundry shampoo for stubborn stains (my partner is a mechanic and unfortunately t&a does very little to his work clothes)
Safer packaging for the stain remover
And
Air fresheners so the rest of my house can smell as beautiful as our clothes!

Wonderful products and its so so soo nice having beautiful smelling products that i can use on my two sensitive skinned children!

Hi, love all your products but I have one niggle. The box the high maintenance stain remover comes in. The packaging isn’t user friendly. You have to pick up from the bottom as lid comes off, which when in a hurry can’t just grab it as the bottom falls away.
Keep doing what you are doing. Love to see what comes next x

Would love to see some more perfume inspired scents, and having some themes/ collections would be really cool eg Elements. Car scents and laundry beads would also be amazing! Absolutely love the products , they are fab! Trying out the new Santal fragrance which is on its way!

I appreciate you are looking into shipping times, I have found the last few months very slow. I live in the Channel Islands and wonder if that delays the item being sent out. I will say once dispatched the items arrive quickly.

I would love to see car air fresheners I hate those artificial ones, something that’s safe for my dog and I to enjoy on our travels. A range of candles / hand soaps/ washing up liquids would also be a lovely addition to your gorgeous range.

Not sure if this would be possible but would love to see in wash scent booster beads that you put into the washing machine drum to enhance the scents even more.

I would love it if you made scented drying sheets. My clothes smell great when I line dry them. However they lose a lot of their fragrance when using the tumble dryer. Even my partner has commented on this and he rarely notices anything 🤣

Having a recycle/return old bottles scheme – some of us have too many of the same bottle, or maybe aren’t fussed about rebuying a particular fragrance, etc. Save them from ending up in landfill etc. Points could be given for returned bottles.

You need to bring back Candy Beach and Celestial to the range, miss the fragrances and the colours; we need the Fabric Cleansers too. I lent my Celestial to a friend and she was obsessed and made her first order but couldnt get Celestial so went for Aurora which whilst lovely is not Celestial. I think they’ll do amazing in a come back even if only for one month of the year like the Halloween 🎃 special!

Please bring Spooky Szn back with the Fabric spray for Halloween it has one of the longer lasting scents!

Shampoo and conditioner of Rain and Salted Moss, my favourite smell of them all

I’m not sure if I’ve just been unlucky, but whenever I pour the liquid into the lid, I always end up with some of it coming out of the draining bit as well as the pourer, if that makes sense! So lose some on the work top, which is really annoying.
Also, is it possible to make the shampoo and conditioner bottles more identifiable, as have put conditioner in the drum a number of times now. Neither are the end of the world, but both definitely annoying 😄

I think you should have scratch and sniff scent samples. I bought the sample box before and chose my favourite but I’d quite like to have a change. I don’t want to have to buy the sample box again, especially as there were some (duvet day for example) that I really didn’t like.

A mini spritz bottle of favourite scent to carry round with you to choose up your outfit whilst out, especially like on long journeys,post pub smells,etc.

Please, please bring back Bahama Vibes! The new Spring one is nice but nowhere near as good. That coconut scent was amazing. When I found out it was being discontinued, there was already no stock left so I’ve been using the last lot sparingly but now it’s all gone. The scent also lasted unlike a number of the others.

Would love the opportunity to build a custom sample packages!

An app would be good instead of looking for it all the time , and scent balls like you put in with your washing maybe as some of the smells smell amazing in the bottle but I can’t smell some of them of my clothes especially when they have been dried outside x

I would love a dashboard in my account where I can rate each fragrance and make a note of what I thought of it. For my own reference purposes, not as a public review.
You could have different aspects to rate, such as strength of smell, (as some of the fragrances smell amazing in the bottle but I can barely smell them on the clothes after washing, so i might want to get the spray in this, but not bother with the shampoo again, for example)
We (customers) then have a handy record for when the special editions come out so we can remember what we loved previously, and perhaps there could be incentives for filling it out or special offers on top rated
You (T&A) get a lot of data on what people really think, and how the items seem to perform in the wild

Larger bottles or a clear strip down the side so its easier to not run out.

How about a Rain & Salted Moss Shampoo & Conditioner? I just cant get enough of that fragrance 😀

For those of us that but the refill, concious it reduces plastic, it would be great if the refill has a sticker of the fragrance that we can paste on the empty bottles. This way the old bottles become reusable with the refill and even if a different scent is used we know what we have.

The biggest thing I’d like to suggest is the packaging! It needs to be bigger, more sustainable to support the eco-friendly product inside. The bottles look lovely, but my side is cluttered in T+A plastic bottles! The refills although pence cheaper, they are not true refills and I don’t believe the packaging is all that sustainable either.

False promises need to be a thing of the past. I have had a couple of orders unfulfilled due to misleading advertising campaigns. The ‘free’ samples are something I’ve never received despite confirmation in black and white from the customer services team. Its unfortunate and minor but contributes to unnecessary disappointment.

Liquid to be a bit thicker like normal washing liquid quite watery so using much more in larger wash loads … otherwise loving it

I really love the product but of late have found the subscription process very unhelpful and it now does not work for me anymore or my pocket. So much so that I am actually considering whether I continue with T&A. Ideally I need two shampoos and 1 conditioner per order as I am in a hard water area. Currently this option is not available to me. I feel that there needs to be much more flexibility for the customer around what you can order per order so that I can buy what I need and not what you wish to send me. It would be really helpful to be able to go into my account and add extra products to the monthly subscription on a one off basis per order. This would help with the postage cost too as there would be no need for separate orders. The idea of an App to manage this sounds like an excellent idea. Also when you reward us, can you send what I use instead of a different fragrance. You have an excellent product that people really love and its impressive that you reach out to us for our opinions. It will be interesting to see what ideas you take on board and how quickly you can implement them.

The stain reversal powder box needs to change – the current packaging means that the powder spills all over the floor whenever you lift the top lid off the box, especially after being transported for delivery.

Fragrance is so faint. Please do better. Not my nose problem not my laundry problen because I gave your shampoo and conditioner products to thirteen neighbours in my community to try they all think it is too faint once it’s dry. Only cherry is almost up to our standard. The Chocolate one faded away the fastest
we did follow you washing method tutorial. Increase your scent in the bottle if that means increase the prices then increase! it’s alright to raise your prices if that means we can finally get a decent level of fragrance.

I have a subscription that’s delivered every 2 weeks. What would be really great would be to have the option to add another ‘one off’ item to the subscription box prior to it being dispatched. This would help with keeping the delivery costs down.

I’d really love a fresh, marine/seaspray/freshly washed laundry scent. I quite like Duvet Day and Odyssey, but they’re just a little bit sweet. I’m a first time shopper & already loving the choices I received in a sample box. My suggestion would be to replace the plastic pouches/refills etc with biodegradable cartons instead. Once these large, medium & small cartons have been emptied & washed out they can then be utilised as growing/seedling pots or outdoor light shades/candle moulds/insect repellant pots etc etc It was frustrating to completely squeeze out all the product from the pouches.

Just two little things to make it even more perfect – tend to find that when poured into the measuring cap/lid it doesnt all come out so it leaves alot round the top or dribbles down the bottle so any changes to that would be good.
Plus love a few more “Male” type scents – I’m not a flowery person so for example i liked Enigma. Thanks!

I haven’t tried the sprays yet but it would be amazing if there was a “Wrinkle Release” component added to it. I don’t usually use fabric softener (conditioner) but maybe a scent bead booster in the matching fragrance to help it last longer?! I like the idea of your sample discovery sets but would be nice if they had enough for 3 loads so you could really test it out.

A laundry detergent and conditioner in Mimosa would be perfect! It’s such a lovely clean, fresh and floral smell. Works perfectly on its own or with other scents but it’s really the mimosa fragrance you want!

Hi, I was hoping you’d bring out samples of the fabric sprays, and possibly maybe washing pods ?

I love the Lenor crease releaser so would love it if you could do a similar product in a 100ml size for those of us who are always travelling and don’t have access to an iron!

A lot of washing machines in laundromats don’t have the section to put liquids in – you have to put pods inside the drum, so I have to take ariel pods with me when travelling. It would be great if you created pods so I can smell of T+A when away from home. You could sell a little pod case so we can safely take a couple away with us.

I personally would love a home fragrance range – candles, wax melts, room sprays, pillow sprays, diffusers.. anything!

And now were asking – please just launch Icing on the cake and Pistachio as perfumes, they are my absolute favourite scents and I just want to smell like them all the time!!

As a member of the military, and working in a hard water area, I use ironing water to prevent limescale build up in my iron. Can you produce ironing water, using the same fragrance range as your washing products? Having a concentrated refill option would also allow for a more sustainable option to be considered.

I love the scents , but had trouble with the spray, as it leaked the fluid and wouldn’t spray no matter how tight I make the top it still pours out making my bed soaking wet.This has really caused me a problem , and put me off using it .

One more from me! I have hard water, so I use 1.5–2 lids of shampoo (for cleaning and scent as one doesn’t add much scent in my experience) but less conditioner, sometimes none at all. As a result, I run out of shampoo first and end up with various leftover conditioners, which means rebuying just for the shampoo. If other customers have the same issue, could you offer larger shampoo bottles or sell shampoo and conditioner separately and as single items? I know they’re sold as pairs, but that still leaves a mismatch. This could help with reducing waste, saving time, and managing space. And agreed with the suggestion of sending you the refill bags for recycling. If one day you get to distribute your products to local shops for refilling (like ecover etc) that would be amazing!!! With regards to fragrance options, it would be great if you could procedure something very similar to the following. There is nothing in the market in the UK that has these scents. The US ie Mrs Meyers has the most amazing scents for all their cleaning and laundry range. We cannot get hold of them due to the import tax.

Love your products, been using them exclusively for just over a year now. I agree with a comment above about a symbol or sign on the bottles to distinguish shampoo from conditioner as it does take that extra minute to double check! Also when something is going to be discontinued could you pre warn us, I absolutely loved Bahama Vibes, had it on subscription then it just vanished and I received Summer Fling which is lovely but not quite as lovely! Also this meant I was left with a full bottle of fragrance spray, annoying but the dog beds are now smelling much better but preferred it on ours with the shampoo and conditioner! I do find the scents get lost in the tumble drier, so sheets maybe a good idea?
I’m also a bit tight and don’t want to spend £20 on a laundry spray that I might not like, so I think maybe little sets of smaller sprays, so you could mix and match, maybe 3/5 in a set?
I also find stains don’t come out too well even with the powder, (my kids constantly run around outside with white socks and no shoes!!) I think there was talk of a spot on spray stain remover, which would be good.

Hi I often get conditioner and shampoo mixed up especially if I’m in hurry. As both product bottles are same would you consider putting a large S on Shampoo on top bottle and C on conditioner.
I also think cleaning products using your product perfume would be awesome
I love the products and my husband and adult kids have even mentioned how good clothes smell, they’ve never ever mentioned or commented on washing before.

My only negative is the fabric freshener is overpriced and doesn’t last long.

I agree with the comment from Shona the cleaning power of the shampoo isn’t strong enough to remove stains moreover the whites of my clothes are turning increasingly discoloured even tough I wash them separate from my darks and use your stain remover powder. I previously suggested ironing water with the lovely scents you do. I love the recently released scents they are very uplifting and I would purchase them again however I would only purchase the conditioner as the shampoo isn’t cleaning my clothes as it should. Shame really

I’ve been using your products for about a year now and love the scents.
I am however struggling with removing grubby collar marks and everyday stains, even with the stain removing powder ( particularly noticeable on white school shirts). I’ve ended up buying additional detergent to ensure clothes are clean first time.
I’ve previously suggested a shampoo aimed at sweaty sports gear. Standard products don’t alleviated the odour that can collect over time.
Also sent in previously, a notch be added to the bottle mouth, to allow product from the cap to drain back into the bottle, rather than collect around the base of the pourer and spilling when using.
I love your company ethos and the products and scents, but I’m sadly having to buy alternatives to ensure complete cleanliness on soiled items, which negates me trying to do my bit to support the environment : /

Your fabric spray is lovely. I’ve been put off ordering laundry product from you because they come as a package and I don’t use conditioner although I have ordered your samples just to try.
Why don’t you sell laundry shampoo and conditioner separately rather than a package because there must be other people like me who believe conditioner is unnecessary

Please re package the stain remover from the cardboard box it’s in. Its under the sink so any leaks, drips or splashes impact the box. I would happily buy a reusable tin, or recycled plastic box

Tumble dryer sheets!!! The scents get lost when drying inside unfortunately- and in the uk outside drying isn’t always feasible !

It was mentioned previously but as far as I’m aware it’s not happened yet – I’d love for you to have a recycle system in place for the refill pouches, so we can send them back to you once we’ve got a certain number empty and ready to go! I hate throwing them away knowing that this something that could potentially be done!

First of all a thumbs up to the new lids, although mine leaked slightly around the rims and onto the packing box they are definitely better for pouring and I’m not missing trying to attempt to pull the ring out of the out style packaging. As a wish list, I find the scent is fine if you air dry but as soon as you need to tumble dry even if just for a short while to finish off the washing that’s been outside on the washing line, all the scent disappears, so you end up with washing that doesn’t smell freshly cleaned. I have even resorted to re washing some loads because of it. So I would love to have a tumble dryer sheet possibly re-usable or a scented oil that can be added to the wool tumble drier balls that I use just to re introduce the scent back into the washing. ( I have tried spraying the tumble dryer walls with the clothes refresher but that didn’t work as I had hoped) I also find that I end up with lots of spare conditioner as the shampoo runs out faster than the conditioner so maybe need to have two shampoos and one conditioner as a set. I do mix them with new shampoo bottles but then of course you end up with even more conditioner left over. Still hoping for the enigma fragrance to return as that was a favourite of mine.

I agree the perfume is not as strong as it’s advertised. The date night fabric spray I found overpowering for cushions. The coco butter sample I had was very thick and congealed which clogged my conditioner draw. Overhaul disappointed with the samples I received. Maybe just unlucky with the choices sent

The scents are not strong enough. Also, no one has time to air dry, but I don’t think that would even help because its weak coming out of the washer anyways. Overpriced for the product not to really work.

Have a free scratch card that has all the scents so I can order one that I k ow I am going to like, but also get the households opinion. We all have sensory issues and smell can be a trigger.

I love most of your scents, but i miss Celestial. (i used to buy it). I know it was good, as when the bedding was drying, even the bees came over and tried to settle on the sheets as they thought it was a flower! Mustve been good!

Regardless – keep up the good work, it brings some happiness whatever the scent. I’m a fan of Pistachio, Celestial, Little Miracle and Oud. I’ve ordered the two new scents so looking forward to those. Santal and Golden Oud. I’ll give my opinion when i’ve tried them.

Can you put more laundry shampoo and conditioner in the bottle ?

I use fabric perfumes on my bedding and cushions, and they smell amazing. However, they often leave marks, which I suspect might be caused by the nozzle I’m not entirely sure. The water droplets seem to sit on the fabric and create visible spots, which isn’t a great look. I spray from a distance, and I’ve used other fabric sprays that don’t leave these marks, so it could be an issue with this bottle’s nozzle. Then again, it might just be the formula just a thought.

Also have 2 laundry perfumes. My daughter gifted one to me and I bought one myself. I love them but the bottles/sprays are very’drippy’ on both. Sometimes the perfume can leave liquid spots on certain fabrics so have to be re laundered .

Hi Ciara, Firstly – thanks for asking for the feedback! Not many businesses do! Congratulations also on the much improved ring pulls. I have 3 suggestions, the first is in relation to the fabric cleansing perfume nozzle. – My bug bear is that it gives a powerful hit of product – one strong stream which can leave a wet mark on the bedding, whereas I would prefer a soft mist. if you want an example to test – try a frebreze! Second suggestion – I hate all the plastic and would really like to be able to buy a refill pack that uses less plastic / doesn’t require a full product replacement. I would love the sprays to have a finer spraying mist, as sometimes it comes out blobby and ruins the clean clothes!

I’d love to be able to put a scent boost in my tumber dryer, but more so, my washing machine when I just put it on a steam to refresh clothes rather than wash them – perhaps a refillable ball that you can put scent pearls in. Ideal if you could use it for both steaming and tumble drying.

A room fragrance would be lovely too, as long as it’s 100% natural and a fine mist spray.

Scent drops that you can add to your steam generator iron, or use in a water mist diffuser, or anywhere that you would use an essential oil.

To be able to manage subscriptions better, you can’t add sprays and samples.
Try and cut down the cost of shipping, £4.99 each delivery is a bit steep

I subscribe to the refill mystery box and every month.
Instead of keeping all the different coloured bottles that I have can we have one bottle that we can refill with any scent.
I agree with another comment that i would like to receive the stain remover that has been offered to new subscribers. I did email at the time but didn’t get a reply.

As a subscriber I would agree with a lot of the comments about receiving the new fragrances in our mystery box instead of existing fragrances.
Also, as a subscriber, I was quite put out that there was an offer a few months back where new subscribers were offered a High Maintenance stain remover ‘for life’. In other words with every subscription delivery. What about us, the loyal, existing subscribers. I do feel that is a little unfair. Surely ALL subscribers should be given the same!
My Evri courier is amazing so I know I am very lucky but quite a few of my deliveries arrive and have leaked. It is never that much but it is obviously an issue that needs addressing.
I do struggle with the ring pulls and usually have to get one of my sons to open those for me. I find that if I take out the pouring nozzle, the product pours more easily and dribbles less.
I love your products and I am hooked but there are definitely ways that things could be improved.

I have a few points:
- Received two conditioners and they had leaked in the box. The lids are still not great and I find it hard to pour accurately without making a mess.
- the scents I find aren’t strong enough and by the time I’ve worn my washed clothes, I can’t really smell them.
- fabric spray bottles are spraying out in large droplets rather than a mist which is super annoying. Now for these the scent does last bit I’m having to hang things out to dry for ages before putting them away!

Please do just shampoo bulk packages – not everyone uses conditioners! Also was really disappointed in the cocoa scent – I couldn’t smell it on my clothes at all, won’t be buying that one again

Why do you not allow product ratings and reviews on the website as is usual in most online businesses? I realise that there are social media comments but these are not the same as allowing customers to read reviews at the point of sale.

I bought the pistachio shampoo / conditioner and found that it did smell good but it did not do a great job of cleaning sweaty gym clothes or teenage boy shirts. I would have appreciated reading reviews before buying – it helps with reasonable expectations rather than feeling disappointed. I am not interested in having to use stain removers or sprays for typical loads in my household that are cleaned very well by Method or Ecover but would quite happily buy a great smelling product from you for my own bedding etc.

A really good smelling “ shampoo” for sports / smelly clothes that actually cleans well would be appreciated.

A fragrance like a sleep easy for bedding with lavender , chamomile maybe sandal wood. To aid for a wind down and restful sleep. This could be a fabric cleaning spray perfume.

An app would actually be really practical. New scents always fab. The cost of the spray bottles are really quite expensive for the bottle size and I only purchase when they’re on offer now.
A gel stain remover like the Vanish one would be fab and easier/less messy to use on stains to let sit.
Maybe some ecologically friendly ‘dryer type sheets’ with the scents to boost the scents when using the tumble dryer. 🤔 Love your products! Thank you!!

I recently began an order to you then noticed that you seem to be charging a different rate of postage to Northern Ireland than the rest of the UK. I was wondering why this is the case when it is a fact that Northern Ireland is part of the UK? We use Royal Mail in exactly the same way, with the exactly the same postal rates. The postage rate you quoted was more than half the cost of the order. In view of this I’m really sorry to say I won’t be able to order from you in future.
