Just received order bottle tops are pull tabs, I thought all bottles had new tops . Many thanks julia
I placed my order on 5th May and as at 22nd May I have still not received this. I eagerly await the delivery but worry about re-ordering if the wait time is this length

Unfortunately still waiting for mine to arrive! Very disappointed.
While I feel it is a amazing product and smells beautiful, the delivery times are not good. I have been waiting 10 days for the product and still no sign.

The products may be nice, but your delivery and customer service are lacking. As a new brand, you need to improve how you handle dissatisfied customers. Transparency about order delays would have kept me ‘on-side’, but being ignored has led me to lose faith in your brand.
I love your products. I’ve even bought the samples for ny son & his GF to go with the washing machine I bought them for their new home.

Hi there! Firstly, i wish you every success with your new business. You should be proud of how far you’ve come already. Your products look and I’m sure smell amazing, and I would really love to try some samples, but I have to say, the cost of the postage really put me off. Not that I’m in any way telling you how to market your products, but offering a free sample might entice potential customers like myself. Just a thought xx

I’ve now tried all the samples except the pink. The purple sachet was by far the nicest. Second for me was the blue sachet. But the duvet day one I couldn’t smell anything and I used it on a new white bed set and two white towels I’d just purchased, I found that odd that I couldn’t smell anything. The worst for me was the Oud silver sachet i believe it was, I found the smell like those sticks they burn in new age shops with a hint of pepper, I found the smell so awful that half way through drying I re-washed the throw again in Ariel. It just shows how we do all have different likes in our smell, as I’ve read that some love the oud. Why can’t you do a fresh laundry scent like an Ariel because then I would subscribe as I prefer your bottles. I wear lovely perfumes but when I get into bed I like to snuggle up in my bed that smells like crisp fresh laundered cotton.
I love this brand and are converted.

These products smell amazing and when items are in tumble dryer or on hangers the smell fills the house. They are also very gentle on the skin.
Love your products,with unique fragrances, nothing else like them on the market. My favourites are oud and aurora.

Waiting over 2 weeks. Poor communication .reassured my parcel is coming to find it was divided in few parcels. Dissapointments

I love all the scents but the packaging is so hard to open🤣 but I honestly have nothing bad to say about tallow and ash I’ll never go back now
I have ordered through my husband and am just waiting for the Oud bundle to arrive. I think the products look fab and am hoping the product is just as good
Smell wonderful unfortunately it didn’t remove stains. From tea towels and whites didn’t come out as white as they should.

I purchased the oud shampoo and conditioner and I love it. It makes something as mundane as doing the laundry so much more enjoyable. Plus my skin which is highly sensitive hasn’t shown any signs of irritation. I washed my towels and the smell was divine. Love the samples also. Great value for money.
The best washing products!! I would genuinely not go else where since finding tallow and ash! House and clothes smell amazing since using their washing products. Even made some home made air fresheners using tallow and ash fabric conditioner! Thank you 😊
