What I would like from you is for my orders to arrive safely and to be treated with the respect I deserve from your customer service.
With my 4th complaint for issues with goods (it’s actually the 5th but I could not be bothered to complain 3 times in a row for broken clothes perfume that leaked everywhere) here’s the reply you sent me.
Really? You think my order is not here and I havd not searched after spending hundreds of pounds with you??? You are going to escalate with Evri rather than sending the goods I paid for and then fixing your internal issues? Why should I be penalised for issues in your supply chain?
Please, get better! Your products are amazing. Your marketing great. Your customer service prompt but lacking. Your delivery TERRIBLE.

Could you please check the photo proof of delivery to see if the parcel may have been placed somewhere out of sight or hidden? Sometimes couriers leave items in areas that aren’t immediately obvious.
If you still can’t locate it, please let us know right away and we’ll escalate this with Evri for an investigation and arrange the next steps for you as quickly as possible.

It don’t seem like that long ago when T+A was super brand new and I ordered Oud. My husband teased me quite a bit about it (lovingly, he’s five Dad jokes in a trench coat). I washed the bedding, and when he got into bed, he looked at me and said “Okay. I get it.” I haven’t looked back.

Walking along the aisle in Tesco last week and I see T&A bottles. I felt like a proud auntie. There’s something about your brand that makes me feel so invested in your products and how the business unfolds.
You’ve taken the ordinary and turned it into extraordinary. My only problem now the Winter has hit is I can’t bear to use my tumble dryer and lose the wonderful fragrances!
As for favourites? Impossible. So I just have to keep buying any newbies you develop. That said, pistachio is totally gorgeous. And the sprays? Got rid of the fox poo smell when transporting my dog home yesterday after she rolled. Yes, I keep a bottle in the car.

Thank you for bringing clean laundry that also works with sensitive skin. We were previously using Soap Nuts as I had a really bad few years of eczema all over the body. But my husband would complain that the laundry doesn’t seem clean without the ‘laundry’ smell. We tried a couple other eco brands and didn’t enjoy their scents at all. Now we happily use tallow and ash that smells great and gentle enough for my skin!

WOW WOW WOW 1 Million orders is 1 MASSIVE achievement and it’s not come as a surprise to me. Having been a customer of yours for a while now I just knew that T+A would thrive like it has done.
I used to hate doing laundry but I actually can put my hand on my heart and say I love doing it now thanks to T+A.
My home has never smelt so lovely since using your products and that’s only the house! I share my home with a husband, 2 adult children, a cat and 3 German Shepherds and having my washing on maidens and radiators actually gets rid of any wet dog smell.
Our clothes have never smelt so nice that many a time I will go out shopping without wearing any perfume as my clothes smell nice enough to be able to leave it off.

Love Love Love these products! My dogs like to sleep on my bed, so I use the perfumed spray to keep the bedding just as fresh as when it comes out of the washing machine in between washes, smells gorgeous and is safe for the dogs too! Amazing products. I love the Oud especially. If you haven’t tried the fabric spray, then I highly recommend it, a game-changer for bedding and furniture.
Having tried most competitors Tallow and Ash are by far the best. Even when using a dryer, they don’t lose their scent like most other products.

Congratulations on your success! 🥳 It’s been so great to watch you thrive. For years, we used eco-friendly laundry sheets and added essential oils for fragrance. Since we have sensitive skin and are conscious of harmful products, we thought this was the best option. However, these sheets never seemed to give us the cleanliness we were looking for, and despite the oils, the scent was minimal. Plus, they often left streaks on our clothes, making laundry a real chore.
Now, with Tallow and Ash, we finally feel safe from toxic chemicals, our skin isn’t irritated, and our clothes smell amazing! People even ask about it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product💛.
