Now you guys have had a chance to use our products and they’ve become a part of your every day life, we think the next step is to upgrade our subscription service to make it fit in with your lifestyle! As always we love to have your guys input for every step of the journey, so would be great to get your feedback on the early stages of building this out.
We’ve created an example of how our web design might look for the subscription, trying to make it simple with 3 easy steps! Do you think there’s anything that could be added to make this process easier for you or elevate the experience?
We’ve also had some initial thoughts on what benefits we could offer to our subscribers, are there any of these which you guys love the sound of!?

I love the idea of the larger refills would also love the idea of a combined shampoo and conditioner too would also waste less packaging if possible. Always good to get a freebie or a discount 😊

I love the product – Oud is my favourite, it smells Devine. However, I have mine delivered every two weeks and due to “supply issues” my product wasn’t posted out for 8 days after payment, with no contact to explain the issue. One thing that drives me mad is poor customer service – I think if you fix that, send refills rather than bottles and offer incentives as well as continuing to produce a good product, you’re on to a winner.

It would be handy instead of every four weeks you could maybe choose a date monthly that payment comes out.

I love this product but I do find the fragrance I like sells out even on subscription I feel subscribed should have priority. Applying for discount code never seems to be the right time also changing your subscription is a nightmare if doing it on your phone I found the only way to change was to do it on 2 devices crazy. Yes to bonuses when your a subscriber. Free samples and birthday gifts

Subscription services are great but would this be sustainable? Would new bottles be sent every month or a bottle sent once and then refills every month? If you get a new bottle every month is it fully recyclable and what about the packaging? I only agree to a subscription service if there are real benefits to the environment and I don’t mind paying more for the privilege either.
