Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Inform people that these products work best at low temperatures, and air dry. I’m seeing alot of comments about lack of fragrance, small loads small detergent, full loads (alot of modern washing machines are 9kg), double the dosage . I love your products, people just need educating about dosage and environment bonuses and how clothes feel after using Tallow and Ash. I’m neurdivergant, and my clothing and bedding don’t leave a residue feeling. Infact all of us are neurdivergant and no itchy, offensive smell, comforting and smooth feeling.

You offer free rewards after collecting points, but you can’t add the rewards to be sent with subscriptions they have to be a new order paying for postage twice. Also when you do a non subscription order when you check out, you get offered full bottles at a cheaper price than refills on subscription, making subscriptions a pricier option than one off sales. Subscriptions should be at the best price.

Love, love, love, the scents, but I feel like they don’t last long like they used to and they are not as strong. I use 2 full caps on a 40° and can barely smell it sometimes.
Improve the actual cleaning power rather than new scents. I always add a washing powder sheet to my wash as the cleaning power is not upto scratch.
For the suprise subscription, I wish there was a way we could add the scents that we weren’t fussed on (not to receive them again). I love the suprise option as it is a suprise but obviously get disappointed when it’s one I’m not fussed on.

Couple of thoughts.
1/ make the scents longer lasting
2/ the pull rings on the bottles are almost impossible to get out especially if you are frail
3/ Apple type scent
4/ I do wonder if you are trying too many scents rather than focusing on improving and keeping supply going etc
