Over the past few months, weβve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Please also get out to all tesco stores π even though Iβve been buying on line for ages would be so much easier to top up while doing the food shop ( my store 2880 doesnβt stock it yet )

A dosing ball or measure for the stain remover I had to find something to measure it

A shampoo especially for sports clothing would be great as you dont use conditioner for those, Perhaps antibacterial. Refills for the spray bottles, I go through them too quickly and I do think they are too expensive for the volume you get. I would happily pay the same amount if it was a refill that filled 2 bottles worth.
Keep it coming with new scents, we love mixing it up and I get excited dor new launches.
Hate how its expensive to Ship to Scotland (Edinburgh).. despite being part of mainland UK. Nobody else has ever charged me more for this. Also frustrating you canβt use your loyalty points alongside any other promo-codes e.g buying 2 sprays etc.
Product also almost always arrives leaking. Really hope this is fixed with new bottles.

Would you be able to put a grip line around the bottles for those of us who shake whilst using pouring bottles and maybe a braille identifying mark would be a good idea !

Hi, love your products and have been buying them from Spain.
What I miss is being able to buy shampoo refills of all fragrances.
I use less softener as I wash many things like my sport clothes and microfibre cloths without softener.
