Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I think you should have scratch and sniff scent samples. I bought the sample box before and chose my favourite but I’d quite like to have a change. I don’t want to have to buy the sample box again, especially as there were some (duvet day for example) that I really didn’t like.

A mini spritz bottle of favourite scent to carry round with you to choose up your outfit whilst out, especially like on long journeys,post pub smells,etc.

I’d be thrilled to see a powder version of your laundry detergent! I’ve always preferred using powder, and I already love your softeners. Having a matching powder and softener combination would be such a perfect pairing.
Has Bahama Vibes gone?! The coconut scent was my favourite

Please, please bring back Bahama Vibes! The new Spring one is nice but nowhere near as good. That coconut scent was amazing. When I found out it was being discontinued, there was already no stock left so I’ve been using the last lot sparingly but now it’s all gone. The scent also lasted unlike a number of the others.

Would love the opportunity to build a custom sample packages!
Would also be fab if the liquid was a thicker and less watery so less product is needed per wash :)
