Maybe keep the powder but add a concentrated spray for those really stubborn marks!

I would say both, lobe the powder for a tough load but a spray is better for targeted spots on clothing. If not a spray then a liquid spot treatment.

Yes please, I was never given a dosing spoon. Spray would be so much easier to work with!
