Can I treat myself, because my last order got delivered to my neighbour who “can’t seem to find it”. They’ve obviously know about Tallow and Ash and decided they would like great smelling, exclusively scented clothes! Now I might miss out on the Christmas special because I don’t get paid in time to replace it 🙃

What I would like from you is for my orders to arrive safely and to be treated with the respect I deserve from your customer service.

With my 4th complaint for issues with goods (it’s actually the 5th but I could not be bothered to complain 3 times in a row for broken clothes perfume that leaked everywhere) here’s the reply you sent me.

Really? You think my order is not here and I havd not searched after spending hundreds of pounds with you??? You are going to escalate with Evri rather than sending the goods I paid for and then fixing your internal issues? Why should I be penalised for issues in your supply chain?

Please, get better! Your products are amazing. Your marketing great. Your customer service prompt but lacking. Your delivery TERRIBLE.

We’re really sorry to hear this, and we completely understand how frustrating it is – especially with this being the fourth order you’ve had an issue with. You deserve a smooth experience every time, and we’re truly sorry that hasn’t been the case.

Could you please check the photo proof of delivery to see if the parcel may have been placed somewhere out of sight or hidden? Sometimes couriers leave items in areas that aren’t immediately obvious.

If you still can’t locate it, please let us know right away and we’ll escalate this with Evri for an investigation and arrange the next steps for you as quickly as possible.
