What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!
Thank you as always for being a part of developing this brand with us! 💜

I recently bought some of your refill pouches as I already had the bottles. I would really be interested in a recycle or refill service in a bid to cut down on my waste. It makes sense, as you do so many other things right!

Hi,
I currently use a different brand whose pouch is returnable for them to reuse. Would love to try your product once this has been developed.
Any updates?

Recycling the pouches is a fantastic idea. Bower Collective do this already and it works really well. They send a prepaid box to put your empties in.

Hello, yes I would be interested in returning the refillable pouches if there is a returns label sent out along with the pouches as we don’t all have a printer ect
