We've got some crazy news!! Tallow + Ash has just been granted a government patent for something we've been working on for over 18 months! And on Tuesday we get to share it with you all for the very first time!
Our mission is to revolutionise laundry products and turn the biggest household chore into something you actually look forward to doing. And on Friday 12th December at 6pm, we’re releasing a product that embodies that mission in a completely new way. It's not a Laundry Shampoo or Conditioner, it's something entirely different!

I do have to agree that customer service isn’t always great. I did email a couple of times about changing my subscription and got no reply, so I’d like to see the customer service improved.
However, I sorted it myself and do love your products.

I really hope it’s the elixir you mentioned a while ago, or maybe a carpet/rug/sofa cleaner in your delicious scents. Our houses would smell divine all the time.
