Forgot to put on the survey that it would be great if could order just the shampoo on its own as sometimes I only use the shampoo and so end up using that before the conditioner.

Products are great. You’ve employed really positive and engaging staff but you’ve been really, really let down by delivery times. That I’m advised a date when my order will be despatched for it to pass and then I have to get in contact again is frustrating. And the 4.99 for 48 hour express delivery seldom works efficiently.
You’ve used instagram really well to promote. On occasions I receive really exciting emails but then the follow up doesn’t appear. An example is the email sent to investors on 30th May stating “Your OwnersClub merchandise is in the works and we’ll send a separate update on that in the coming weeks.” I suppose “coming weeks” could mean coming months? Anyhow it kind of loses the impetus.
