Still using my OUD but the perfume doesn’t last long. The conditioner is like water and needs to be thicker. I have a detergent and conditioner in lavender which I will try soon but I have loads of OUD to use up.
Nice to see a company get excited by there own products! I enjoy the subtle aromas from the washing liquid and conditioner, as they do not overwhelm everything, which could be off putting for the men in your life! Keep up the good work and carry on innovating, P.S. Get sorting out the caps!!
I love the idea, your enthusiasm and the packaging .
But out of all your fragrances only two left a scent after the wash. And there were still stains on some of my tshirts .
The shipping is to expensive as is the product, for now.

The scents are amazing, however, I’m using the product I was unsure if it was more so scenting the clothes than cleaning them as some clothes still had more deep odors in them. would appreciate seeing improvements in shipping. I work for a a high end perfumery brand and was expecting at least something in the way of a fragrance.I have obviously opened the product so unable to return.

My first draw to the Brand was the enthusiastic promotion. The creators personal conviction about the product transcends into every aspect of the and same. This helps lead one to believe and truly trust the quality of the product. Secondly, fragrance liner Odessy, Date night and Oud are divine. However, with multiple leading brands promoting similar styles of products indeed it’s tough to carve a niche in the market. Probably focusing on one single statement fragrance that defines the brand as a whole would be a good way to stamp a permanent seal. A fragrance that says I’m here, look at me!!!! Nothing overly fruity and floral but seductive, mesmerising, coy and sexy. Something that’s unisex. Additionally rather than selling both the fabric conditioner and wash together. Allow the public a choice to buy them separately. The hard work and every put in so far is truly appreciated and sets a good example to others. Congratulations on what you’ve accomplished till date.
I have ordered the sample selection. My goodness, so far have done a sample of 2 fragrances. One of these got my daughter worried… She thought I have found a gentleman. Lovely fragrance, however would recommend it to Odyssey for chaps and anyone whom loves very masculine notes. I have to admit that I have not expected the cleaning ability and the fragrance ability to remain . Second fragrance Celestial is nice, reminds me of summers by sea in Poland. Again, fragrance is strong and stays. So far I am on my discovery journey through the samples. I had issues with the delivery company, however contacting these guys directly got my issue resolved in no time. Very good customer service. I am going to wash my way through the samples and pick my favourite as I have found the company and product I like very much. No more Persil Non Bio for me.

So I used both shampoo and conditioner and can’t say I could smell much on my towels. The scent is not as strong and I used a sample sachet. A little disappointed in the smell. Will try the other sachets

Hi I love the product and the fragrances are amazing ! But sadly Just received my order and its arrived damaged one bottle was dinted and open so had leaked and one bottle the pull isn’t pulling it’s a solid top that I have to remove everytime to pour
When l first used the shampoo and conditioner l couldn’t smell anything on wet or dry clothes. I posted the problem on Facebook and you contacted me immediately with suggestions on why this happened and what l could do to solve the problem. Amazing product and customer service

Hi I bought the 5 different sample packs that came with a laundry bag . Great idea for me to try . I will be putting in an order for the Aurora and Oud for sure my next favourite was Duvet Day. Just a question here , I haven’t got the compartment in my washing machine for a liquid so I just poured it in the drawer where I put the powder, I also tried putting the liquid wash in one of those balls you put in the machine . Wasn’t sure what was the best way to use this as I can’t find the part that holds liquids for my machine drawer !! Help a wee bit of guidance would help. Anyway I love , the smells it makes laundry day a delight and something to look forward too . Thanks

My preference is for the Oud fragrance, I absolutely love it, and in 25 years of marriage my husband has never, ever noticed or mentioned the washing powder or liquid I have used till now!! Several times since I moved over to your products exclusively he has banged on about the lovely smell on his clothes, the towels and the bedding, so he is definitely a FAN !! As am I, of course.

Love the scents! Only problem I’ve noticed is that the shampoo doesn’t clean the clothes as well as other laundry detergents. I often have to add an extra pod to make sure my clothes are sufficiently cleaned. Other than that I use the products to scent my clothes and they do that job very well.
At first I was apprehensive after drying Bahama scent but it did come through and smelt nice. Celestial is a different level, smells divine. Will resubscribe

I’m quite disappointed with the service received. I placed my order on the 23rd June and wasn’t advised where my order was until I chased it up myself over a week later. Granted the email I received was very apologetic but I think a courtesy email would’ve been helpful. This order was for my friends birthday on the 2nd of July and I still do not have my order. I hate giving gifts late as well. Hopefully the product will make up for the late delivery.

I think your product is great. I haven’t received my order yet but someone gave me a sample and it smelled amazing. The fragrance lasted a long time. I even got a compliment on how great my shirt smelled.
The products wash ok, but the perfume is over rated. I had to sniff the laundry up close several times just to get a faint whiff. It sure what all the hype is about!

Love the design of the bottles and the range of scents. Great to have some masculine perfumes as part of the range like Oud. I change which one I use depending on my mood but usually revert to Aurora.
What i love about tallow-ash ? Everything! From the packaging to the quality ✨️. I haven’t used all of the fragrance yet but im half way there and i LOVE IT . I’m sure i wont be disappointed. Can’t wait to try more. Clothes are so soft after washing and my whole house smells amazing 🥰

to maximise the scent. Wish you did a spray cleaner for walls bathroom etc. Would make the house smell so nice. Customer Service were excellent when I emailed regarding my late delivery. Well done.

The scents are absolutely incredible. I find that even the smallest amount of product (when I’m hand washing more delicate items) lingers on fabrics for days. It’s particularly encouraging on sportswear! I use the muskier, more male scent on the loads for the males in the family and it’s absolutely divine. When they’re playing rugby or spending hours in the gym it’s encouraging to know that however much they sweat, the scent acts as a barrier to mask the worst of it.
I just love getting the laundry out of the drier because that warm laundry gives me an absolute rush of joy, not only is it clean – but the smell is just like an instant harmony. It’s like a warm embrace on a cold and lonely day.
I have to say that I love the style of the packaging too. Not only is it easy to dispense and keep cleanly – but it looks modern and really funky on the shelf too!

Love it, I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and get mounted or bottom north south all the time and I’m constantly told that I smell amazing!
The products smell beautiful but although I don’t get many stains on clothes I have found that they aren’t really removed if I do get any. I’m so sorry to have to say, but your customer service really needs an upgrade! Your transparency and honesty was what we loved about you and what set you apart from the rest but just lately I think you just bury your head in the sand and ignore problems. You need someone to tackle back orders and keep customers informed every step of the way, with an adult apology, not a customer service that sounds like you’ve hired schoolchildren to deal with problems. Sorry, the cutesy, silly sounding emails are not for me. I do absolutely love your products though and I’m just being honest because that’s what you asked for.
I’m i love with Candy Beach and was so devastated when i received the email that it’s going to say bye bye to us and have stocked up on it. and i have of course we’re one of the lucky ones that was able to avail the Icing on the cake and stain remover combo. at first i thought the smell was overpowering but it lingers on the clothes so well and now i know what’s going to be my subscription next. i haven’t tried the stain remover but i’m pretty sure it’s not going to be a disappointment. my other faves is the Date Night.
as with regards to customer service, you guys do answer my queries and i totally love that.

The products took a while to arrive. So far the results with the wash have been fine although I am surprised that the scent has not come out more. I am pleased to support anything which helps the environment.
Unfortunately all of my order did not arrive and I am still waiting to hear back from the email I sent to customer services… so you could work on your customer services as an improvement.
My wife’s first order never arrived,we asked for it to be re-ordered,that took a while but eventually arrived. So considering we are new customers,it wasn’t a great start.

I love the theory behind it all. Great products too. I love the duvet day one. Only a slight negative and could just be me! When pouring some seems to drip out the lid from previous pour. I now make sure I am over the draw to catch the drip rather than the floor.

I was disappointed with the sample pack. The pouches are messy and the liquid goes everywhere and they don’t give you the opportunity to smell the product before opening.

Loved the ethos of your company, had very quick delivery of my samples and 2 bottle pack. Loved the fragrance ( although didn’t seem to last very long), unfortunately it didn’t remove stains from my children’s clothes so had to be rewashed – disappointed as would have loved to keep using

I think tallow and ash is a fantastic concept. It implies a luxury style with some fabulous fragrances. I would like the perfume to be slightly stronger though but that would be my only grumble from what I’ve tried so far.
Hello, I haven’t tried your products yet as the sample pack at £10 plus 2.99 for postage is expensive for a sample. Why don’t you do a sample that is a smaller quantity (perhaps of your 2 best selling scents) for a nominal charge that includes postage as other organisations do? I’m interested to try your product but am currently using another subscription service that I first used after a more enticing initial offer

I live in a hard water area and have to use more of the laundry liquid than conditioner. So I have left overs. Maybe a slightly larger laundry liquid to compensate for hard water area or dirtier laundry. Love the smell

I absolutely love the tallow and ash products my favourite scents are aroura and candy beach although all scents are absolutely Devine! I’ve ordered quite a few times and it’s always been quick smooth delivery. However due to high demand of candy beach my latest order has taken over 3 weeks to be posted out which is not a problem but an email update saying it would take a lot longer than expected would have been great, not me having to chase it up but all in all I’m obsessed! I can’t wait to try out the latest products

I do notice the same fragrance is a different consistency sometimes though!! And I can’t wait to try the new fragrance and stain remover as we live on a farm and have very dirty clothes 😂. Product smells amazing. Huge fan of celestial. I just hope it could be a little stronger or if the could sell boosters and a separate measuring cup. With instructions for harder water areas like london.

This is the worst customer service ever.
I have emailed you four times with no reply. I still have not received my order that was apparently dispatched, but the courier company did not receive it, that was on 7 June 2024. You have taken the money and still no products.
Beyond pleased. My son signed me up and I chose Duvet Day.. I also received samples and liked them all.

I think the only thing that you could improve on is your delivery time. It normally takes 7-10 days for me to receive anything. Otherwise l think you are doing an amazing job. Love all the scents of the different samples I have tried. Some of the tougher marks on the laundry did not shift after washing which was disappointing however I have not yet tried the High Maintenance (sp?) which I hope will address the problem. The wonderful fragrances do last a good while after washing

Love the different scents you offer, tried them all. Aurora, Celestial & Bahama my favourite. The only thing I will say is I have to use 2 Caps of each to notice the smell & after hung on the line the scent doesn’t linger & has more or less disappeared
I ordered my products on the 7th of June. It is now the 4th of July and I still haven’t received them. Very disappointing and you don’t answer my emails.
Absolutely love these products! My first delivery took a while due to the company being initially overwhelmed but the communication was great and I am so glad I stuck with them while they got over this hump. No issues with deliveries now and I can’t rate the product highly enough.
I look forward to another year of Tallow and Ash😊

Hi still wait for delivery of your product that was ordered on the 26th of June not impressed if I have to wait this long to do my washing.
This brand is fantastic, I love everything about it, from the scents to the packaging.
My suggestion for improvement would be a ‘premium’ membership (similar to ASOS and other clothing websites) where you pay one off for a years worth of deliveries. For something that you use and refresh so often, I think that having the option to pay a one off fee to then get ‘free’ delivery on future orders would encourage people to purchase more often, and more scents.

A great product. I will continue to buy but hope that you change your courier! Using Evri has not been as efficient as Royal Mail. I have found that my last order – despatched in 2 packages – each has taken nearly a week to arrive in stead of the specified 48 hours. Whilst i appreciate that costs are a factor, i do not find this service to be satisfactory.
I have purchased previously ordered again on 12?june – still waiting for my delivery from evri – when I track it it says out for delivery on 24 June – no further information – getting in touch with evri impossible
I love the fact that your products are chemical free, smell gorgeous and still get a great clean. I am so glad I saw you on Instagram, best product I have bought. Even my partner loves the shampoo & conditioners, he normally does not notice. Keep up with what your doing, and may your future be even better.
Overall I love the product. But recently was disappointed with the lack of contact advising of the delay when I had bought the candy beach. I understand it had been very popular due to discontinuing but was having to contact you to find out what was going on. However I do love all the scents – delicious !!
I think you have been doing really well love the scents, the only thing, I think you need checking is your customer service, this was only one time and I know things happen. I ordered Mid May and we are in the middle of July and still not received my order. First time ( I only realised it mid Jun as I had a death and a funeral) the CS said I would receive it the following week and nothing at all. Once again I had to complain because there was no follow up. Also I was told that it would get a new delivery and it would be expedited and I just saw the delivery message it is a 2 day delivery meaning it was not sent as a priority otherwise it would say next day. I love everything but was disappointed how I was treated.
I am a recent joiner but I do recall seeing influencers using your products early on and being intrigued. The sample packs were inspired. Chance to use the product and see what fragrances work. So much better than the single use freebies you normally see. As my husband has very sensitive skin the non bio aspect is really good. Lots of comms from you which helps a customer to feel part of the journey and I feel we are helping to shape and influence future ideas. Loving the product and the aesthetics of the bottles are amazing. Thank you.

Really impressed with the range of fragrances after getting the sample collection. Had also two full size Aurora which I love. The fragrances are really long lasting.

I love that I’m using a product that is both cruelty deee and vegan. The fragrance is supple and my clothes come off the line feeling soft. I have set up a subscription and looking forward to trying date night.

Congratulation Tallow-ash. Your products are amazing. All smells absolutely gorgeous but my favourites are Oud, date night and Aurora. I missed out on icing on the cake and can’t wait to try it. My washing always smells divine and leaves a beautiful scent throughout the house. I will never go back to store bought washing products.

This brand has changed my laundry game. I have super sensitive skin but didn’t want to compromise on scents, quality of product etc. Tallow and Ash has given me luxury quality and it’s incredible price per wash. The scents are like choosing your favourite perfume and are amazingly fresh even when pulling an item out after a few days. Won’t go back to any other brand

Loved it more than I expected. Oud is a wonderful fragrance. The temptation is to over measure so I wld like a clearer pour level on the cups as it takes time to readjust yourself to the concentration. Old brands of washing liquid are less powerful ironically

As someone who is increasingly conscious of my spending and the ethical practices of brands, I appreciate your focus on delivering excellent customer service.
While I am not entirely certain about your involvement in charitable donations, I am pleased with your dedication to quality and service. One area where I believe there could be improvement is in the communication with investors regarding product launches and early access opportunities. Sometimes it feels like we are not kept informed about these events, and it seems to be a case of “if you don’t ask, you don’t get.” Although this is not a major concern, it would be beneficial to have more proactive updates, including information about the Owners Club merchandise.

Been using T+A for nearly 3 months and have been absolutely amazed by the smell of my clothes when they come out the washing machine, the smell lasts what seems like forever. T+A have made the washing chore into a good chore simply because I love the smell of it.

Completely in love with our fragranc
Love the scents they are absolutely off the scale and last more then a leading brand. But the bottles are like fort Knox to get into and require a spoon for leverage unless you want to play roulette with your nails.
I’ve loved these products and cannot wait for what the next year brings.

I was pleased to receive my 1st order of the discovery bundle of 12 sachets and the Aurora wash and conditioner. However you sent 2 sachets of Duvet days and 2 sachets of Bahama Vibes for the conditioner. Perhaps the sachets should be slightly different colours so this mistake is not made.
The marketing and packaging is fabulous
Today I tried the High Maintenance powder after being presented with a white t-shirt which had blackcurrant/blackberry juice spilt on it approx 12 hrs earlier. After soaking for 30mins and then washing as normal the t-shirt is spotless – to say I am impressed is an understatement.
Have been amazed at the cleaning power and fragrances of all your washing liquids too.
Was sceptical before using tallow+ash and they blew all my doubts away! My partner has sensitive skin and I am constantly changing to suit his skin, never once have there been a shampoo or conditioner that has affected us, and the scents last and are so good with just a little liquid meaning it last longer than any other brand!
