Exciting things are coming, new products (developed with you guys), new machinery (that is going to give us even more control of stock levels and in short get orders out the door much quicker), fun events and lot more! 🥳

I’m just reading about this new company Tallow+Ash for the 1st time! Where have I been? I’m excited & thought I’d try a couple of the bundles for the 1st time & start from there? I’ll definitely let you all know my thoughts. I’m actually quite excited & looking forward to all these new scents in a laundry bottle & shampoo&conditioner.. So here I go….

Can I ask a question about delivery charges? It used to be £2.99 for 48hr delivery. Now its been changed to 5-10 working day delivery at the same price! Please can you confirm your delivery times? With the huge delays in dispatch and now possibly having to wait another 2 weeks for delivery then personally I can’t see the benefit in having a subscription that is supposed to be here every 2 weeks. I do understand that with the extra machines at the end of the month dispatch will be quicker but if you have now increased your delivery times your customers are still not benefitting.
