What should stay in the range?!

Please focus on building a solid, consistent lineup of scents. Ideally 10 at most and sticking with them.

You would likely find more success analyzing sales and production data rather than relying solely on customer polls for basic inventory decisions.

While introducing or removing products might offer a short-term boost, consistency is what truly matters. Look at industry leaders like P&G or Unilever; their core products don’t just disappear overnight.

Furthermore, consumer feedback is much more effective before a launch rather than after.

On a positive note, the T&A range is good, and we do want to stay notified about news and updates. However, receiving an email every day is quite excessive. A weekly summary would be far more useful; at the end of the day, we’re talking about laundry detergent, not 24/7 world news

Please keep Aurora (I use for my towels and it just smells beautiful walking in to my bathroom or kitchen) love date night, pistachio, country club, summer fling and celestial.

Not over keen on the lemon one as find it’s not as potent and oud (grey bottle) isnt really a preference for me

Also please sometimes switch the sample package, I would like to try different ones even discontinued, or limited edition (the one with the baby) now every time I have the same (I order them extra).

I LOVE date night and I’m yet to try hopeless romantic. I really wasn’t keen on duvet day. It was a mixture of medical museum and a grandma’s perfume collection.

Please keep Hopeless Romantic, it’s my new favorite (Duvet Day is now my second fave). We need a HR fabric spray as well, since I find it doesn’t keep its scent through the dryer.
