Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Neutral bottles with a sticker to match the fragrance we have ordered so no need to send out bulky bottles – just refilled with a matching sticker.
Also, I would love a new cap for my older bottles.

Small travel size refillable spray bottles which you could fill with your fabric spray . Bahama vibes is lush , smells of holidays but can not find the fabric shampoo x

A return and refill system I have so many of your pouches and bottles here taking up space and they could be returned and refilled to save packaging and waste materials. A lot of companies are doing it now and I’m a big believer in making this planet greener. Also you only do competitions etc on Instagram but not all of us have Instagram so it would be nice if those of us who only have fb or don’t have social media get the same chances at winning competitions as everyone else. It would also be an idea to welcome feedback without having to publicly publish our name for everyone else to see. I’m not sure I’ve seen your privacy policy state how it keeps our data safe from others

I would love a lemon scented set. Think Tuscan holidays brilliant sunshine and lemon groves. Maybe with a hint of rosemary. It will keep the summer vibes going for a bit longer once winter hits.
