Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

B looks great: simple. stylish, sustainable and entirely in keeping with the brand. Also suspect it will appeal to both men and women. Like that can see the product and it uses minimal packaging.

Couple of things I think are important, my pet hate is when i go into a shop to make a purchase and someone has opened the packaging to see whats inside! straight away it feels second hand and all ripped apart, its great if people can see whats inside without ripping open something that doesn’t belong to them but we do like to see what we are paying for, secondly i was thinking about this being a hand bag product and I know very young children do love to get into a hand bag 👜 so is this product going to be child proof if they have manage to get hold of it ? can they get the top of easy as I would be concerned about them getting it in there mouth or eyes, I am 64 now so my children are grow up but I see mother’s that give there childen things that I don’t belive they should be playing with or chewing on! I was thinking this when first advertised as I am one of them people that thinks what if !!! If they chew on car keys 🔑 and manage to open a key with them small really dangerous batteries in as they are so dangerous if swallowed, i am sure you have thought about this as you have very young children but not all mum think the same these days.

I imagined myself in a supermarket browsing. For me to picture which one would jump out at me.( Personally I think they are all smart looking, i would generally look as id spot your name/brand)
. However imagining i didnt know your brand. Id go for B as you can see the product. Sometimes in shops im unsure on what im getting if hidden in a box even with measurements written.
I love the QR code which was on C so maybe B and The QR code would be good? Specially if customers not used a pen stain remover before. Then can see how it works etc?

It’s B for me, as it’s using the least amount of packaging for me to recycle 👌🏼
