Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

What do most people do with the packaging 🙉. Put it in the recycling bin. Can’t believe I’m reading that.

I would choose C or stick with current packaging. You don’t want anything that would make the stain pen easier to remove/steel ! Sorry to say it, but it’s the small items like these that I frequently see with burst packaging & the contents “missing”.

B looks good as you can see the product but it would be easy for someone to take the pen out and not pay for it.
C I like but will it sit on shelves well with the size difference of the side bit?
