We’ve just added the functionality to our subscription system that means we’ll be able to offer more rewards for loyal subscribers!
You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!
When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!
So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

I don’t feel there are enough perks for subscribers. When I subscribed (about 6 months ago) I was promised a free fabric spray/ stain remover on later subscriptions, but so far I haven’t received anything. Subscribers don’t get free or even reduced postage and packing, and I’ve never received any loyalty from Tallow and Ash such as early access to new products, even though I show Tallow and Ash loyalty every month by subscribing. I’m seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription. I’m no better off at all for doing it, so I don’t really see the point.

I’ve been a subscriber for a while now, near the beginning I had a free product, but nothing since despite it being advertised when I started? I know I earn points, but I’m not getting the extra that was advertised for being a subscriber, so starting to wonder why I have bothered with the subscription

How do I use my free refills using my points on my subscription? Or can I only use them if I buy extra? Because that doesn’t seem right. It should be easier to claim points against subscriptions for loyal customers

I have a subscription and it’ll be my 4th order at the end of the month. I’ve not received any extra offers. And free postage would be what I’d like the most.
