Both have a place and usp- however, if it came down to one or the other , the powder can be utilised in different ways. The spray only has one use. P.s. I was skeptical about the powder working, but works great in soak for poonamis 🤩

Both! Love a scoop of powder in my daily wash to get anything I miss, but I always spot treat stains with a gel or spray before they go in.
