This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.
The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

You know what would make my day? I work as a healthcare in ICU – I have bought a big order from yourselves and I use it for work uniforms – patients love it (when they are well enough to be awake) as it’s a casual waft and they (and staff members!) think it’s perfume! It’s great! But back to ‘what’s would make my day’ not eating the same food from a chain everyday – when I get chance! To have a casual munch on something different either at lunch or after when I get home … sometimes, I’m too tired to eat my feelings (and there are a LOT of them on trauma ICU) I love my job, but not so much the eating feelings and it be the same old same old. If I’m gonna get fat, lemme eat something to make me perk up.., cake, doesn’t do it .. but something else to perk me up would take edge off..
I may stink after a hard day but my uniform keeps giving tallow and ash wafts of celestial alllllll 12.5 hours :)

Hi team 💜 My daughter suffers terribly with eczema and sadly my 19 month old grandson is following his mama 😢 she is exhausted daily with a babe who can’t sit still for more than 1 minute so any act of kindness would definitely make her day 🥰 I love love love all your products and I am desperately waiting for icing on the cake to become available again, it appears I miss it each time it’s released 😩 will this make the sample collection? Jess is very kindly gifting us with a free sample with any order so I’ve just treated myself with my monthly allowance so I now have your whole collection except ‘icing on the cake’ & ‘pistachio’ which I’m praying will become available to all of us in the near future 🙏 oh and please try somehow to educate other small businesses to be as kind as Tallow & Ash are to their customers 🩷💜🩵🤍💚
