I absolutely love T&A. The smells, the quality, it’s actually made me look forward to doing my laundry! Duvet day is the absolute best. So far I’ve been happy with the service. Delivery could be faster but it’s never been a major issue. I’m a happy customer!

Had my first delivery a few weeks ago tried two different fragrances including one which I think is my favourite the oud . Also purchased the bag of samples which I shared with my family as they also wanted to try. Clothes smell amazing and everything has washed beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Dear Tallow and Ash Team,
I am writing to share my feedback as both an investor and a customer. I have been particularly impressed by your unique concept and commitment to creating environmentally friendly and skin-kind products. As someone who is increasingly conscious of my spending and the ethical practices of brands, I appreciate your focus on delivering excellent customer service.
While I am not entirely certain about your involvement in charitable donations, I am pleased with your dedication to quality and service. One area where I believe there could be improvement is in the communication with investors regarding product launches and early access opportunities. Sometimes it feels like we are not kept informed about these events, and it seems to be a case of “if you don’t ask, you don’t get.” Although this is not a major concern, it would be beneficial to have more proactive updates, including information about the Owners Club merchandise.
I understand that Tallow and Ash is a growing company striving to keep up with demand, and I respect the challenges this entails. However, I would advise that any announced timelines be realistic to prevent disappointment among your customers and investors.
Despite these minor points, I remain a loyal customer and investor, enthusiastic about your products, particularly the high-quality laundry detergent. I look forward to seeing Tallow and Ash expand internationally and continue to thrive.
