6 months ago, we asked for your help ahead of a big Tesco meeting and in 24 hours, over 6,000 of you commented to show your support. That meeting went amazingly well and now… we’re launching in Tesco soon!
As a thank you, we ordered Tote Bags for all of the legends that got us in-store. But… we messed up the sizing and now 6,000 mini Tote Bags have arrived. 🤯
So we’ve upgraded them! The full-size super cute Bags For Life are now on the way - and they look absolutely incredible!
But what do we do with the mini totes? We’re popping them into orders over £25 until they’re gone!

I commented on the blog in support of your supermarket venture but never received my big bag for life… I used the chat last week and emailed about it a while back, as still waiting for my bag. They have now sent me a wash bag by mistake as obviously misunderstood me! 😁😂Please can you send me a bag for life?

I’m new to tallow & ash and purchased £50 worth in Tesco last night.
Just a quick question please, I used the Oud one on a 60degree for my towels this morning but the scent isn’t really strong and can hardly smell it? Is this normal on a 60 degree wash?

I’m getting through my samples ,no sensitivity problems I’m thrilled ,just a thought if you have so many mini bags ( I’d love to have one ) but just a thought you could use your spare mini bags to hold samples for people buying to try also a paper tick list with the samples so they can remember which ones they really love ,and maybe you can ask customers for a copy of there list to help you strategise effectively yours Patricia Morris
