I would love it if there was a fragrance spray and Elixer. Customers could then add the Elixer to the conditioner in the bottle to their own preferred strength and mix them if they wanted to, creating lots more fragrances 🥰.

Hi there, have you ever thought of bringing a laundry sheets? I love the idea of zero waste packaging. I don’t want to look for another product ( I’ve been a subscriber for a few years now) as I am happy with the the scent you created, but I am finding difficult to have a space for them all😂

I am a self proclaimed routine nut or do we just find comfort in Ritual? And that’s where … dare I say it… I find myself going off the boil a bit recently with this lovely brand… and I DO so love it!
I don’t know if it’s all the swooping and changing, cancelling out scents and trying new ones, or falling in love with a scent only to discover it’s sold out or being taken off the product list…. But I feel confused with no certainty! I absolutely loved CELESTIAL but should shoppers feel they have to ‘ration’ their laundry product in case it doesn’t continue? It doesn’t make good marketing or ‘collective item loyalty’ in my humble opinion. I see a lot of comments from loyal customers begging to bring back a scent but like temporary love affairs.. it will give way to boredom and then an exit elsewhere. .. really want to see this lovely company go from strength to strength but pleeaasseeeee! Offer stronger scents, more consistency, and a bigger range!

I loved the Country Club (I believe that was the name) limited edition. The best scent so far in the washing duo range. Please bring it back so I can stock up.

Joni have just started using your products. I like the smell of Duvet day but it is very faint. I have used some samples Aurora, date night so far and can hardly smell anything. I am determined to give it a chance and have ordered oddesy and more duvet day and the sprays. I will give it one more chance but if I can’t get a stronger scent even using 2 capfuls on an average wash I will have to give up and try another brand. This is such a shame as I like the ingredients and concept but such weak scents is pointless and not online with other brands on the market. Please make the fragrance stronger and longer lasting and you will be a market leader.

I am absolutely heartsick that you are discontinuing Cocoa Butter kisses!!! WOULD YOU PLEASE CONSIDER JUST KEEPING THE FABRIC SPRAY??? 🙏🏻. I will admit that I don’t routinely order the shampoo and conditioner (as they just don’t scent my laundry as I hoped / no staying power) but the fabric spray is my solution to this issue. The fabric spray is perfection!! 👌🏻 I also loved when Life gives you Lemons (super elevated citrus scent) but I was hoping you would have come out with a fabric spray to help “boost” the shampoo and conditioner longevity. I’m assuming formulation issues prevented that from happening.

I loved Candy Beach so much and was gutted when it went. My second favourite was Coco Kisses which is also going (I’ve changed my subscription to it so I can hopefully stock up a bit) My third favourite is Date Night, please don’t get rid of that one! Those three are the only ones I can really identify after washing! I was very excited about WLGYL but massively disappointed when I could not detect even the slightest of fragrance after washing!

I love your stain pens, however, they are very difficult to replace the refills without loosing some of the liquid. Can you re-think how these work. For someone with dexterity issues it can prove impossible to change the refills into the silver casings. I nearly always now just use the bottles as they are in the plastic bottles without using the casings. Am i the only customer with this issue?

If bringing back the people’s favorite is a big risk in the financial department, then how about a fabric spray instead ?
This would at least give the nostalgia of the days gone by, and we would 💜 to keep a whiff of our favorite scent.

Patchouli is always a good smell

My all time favorites are Candy Beach, Golden Oud and Celestial! I am devastated all of them are discontinued. I ordered Celestial a couple of weeks ago, and happy to have paid for a couple of the last remaining bottles, only to have my order canceled and a free stain remover sent instead! If I’d wanted a stain remover I’d have bought one. Seriously considering dropping my subscription now as the scents don’t seem to last as long these days either.

I loved country club and enigma was my favourite masculine smell. I am now back on the celestial, I hope it stays, this current batch has a good strong smell

I would trade you my arm to bring back bahama vibes. I’m on the last of my fabric spray and desperately trying to stretch it out as far as I can!

Based off the comments on almost every blog post I think bahama vibes should come back and replace the other one that replaced it. I’ve used both an bahama vibes beats the other one

Bahamas Vibes was great and a long-lasting scent. I was sad to see it go, but Oud, Duvet Day and Country Club are my top favorites and I realized I should probably stick to a couple (or few) scents, rather than the six or seven I had going. 🤣 But each scent when launched is so enticing and none have disappointed, so one must try. I miss Country Club and I wish I could keep that as one of my three in rotation.

I seem to be one of those that love the things that didn’t work 😅 Candy beach – loved so much I kept buying it- I even nabbed some when you had the last remaining refills (I’m sure in a seasonal package) and I’ve kept one to savour it! Country club discontinued before I got to try the one I bought and I’m sad I can’t refill it – like nothing else! and Bahamas vibes had was my vibe, the whole set had pride of place in my collection – I have the last of my fabric spray which I’m going to depressed when it’s done!

Bahama vibes Was the best and fragrance lasted. All your original scents were beautiful, Oud, Oddessy and Celestial with strong scents. My current favourite is icing on the cake, but I don’t like any other the newer ones. Santal is weak and smells of mould, summer fling smells awful cheap and fake. Liked the Lemons but could not smell the scent after the wash. I’ve yet to understand the reason for culling Bahama vibes? Many people Here still love it. Low sales might be due to too many limited editions being released. I try those and then not use up the original ones so the original better scents will decline in sales as people are being tempted with the new ones.

Wish you would do ‘specials’ and just bring back limited amounts of past fragrances (Bahamas Vibes… yes Im a broken record), I just didn’t have time last autumn to buy them. Even if in ‘generic’ bottles to save cash on materials/ marketing.
I’ve never understood how Bahamas did bad… it was lovely! the others I understand, Candy name put me off, chocolate (I love chocolate) sheets wasn’t desirable.
But having some ‘guests scents’.

How refreshing for a brand to admit to things that haven’t quite worked out as planned or just didn’t work at all! Fragrance is hugely divisive,roses to many is a wonderful scent but to others is their idea of hell! I personally dislike gourmand fragrance but many people adore it! You will never please everyone when it comes to fragrance, all you can do is keep trying. Personally I’m still waiting on Little Miracle fabric spray and would prefer the elixirs to be more intense fragrance of existing products. Keep up the fabulous work 😍

My absolute favourite was Country Club. To be honest I would have bought it as an aftershave I loved it that much. I kept making people smell it from the bottle. There aren’t that many masculine fragrances in the range.

I really loved Bahama Vibes and nothing in your current collection comes close to it for me for the delicious smell. I am using other products but for me this worked well. Perhaps it’s something else that didn’t make it work for you but I still have the empties on my shelf ready in case you ever do a refill. Here’s hoping. :-)

I am loving that Celestial is back, now we need it in a fabric spray. Oh nooooo WLGYL was one of my favourites but it wasn’t very strong so I get your decision, I’m genuinely sad this is going. The cocoa butter kisses spray is good! used it last week on the sofa and it made a big difference to the room. Keep the spray even if the shampoo/conditioner go. Sprays in all your unsuccessful fragrances could still be winners although we never got one for candy beach and when life gives you lemons…. some of us waited patiently for them to arrive😥

I really miss Bahamas vibes, even tho I have half a dozen others cl to chose from. Just washed my new duvet cover in little miracle – I reckon it’ll be a soothing bedtime scent too sbd make a change from everything smelling of icing on the cake.

Out of those four I don’t mind WLGYL but it’s not a long last scent.

I am amazed that Bahama vibes ‘didn’t work’ I am not a coconut fan but it’s my absolute all time favourite fragrance if yours – go figure .i wouid buy it all the time if it was available .

But can we talk about Enigma? This was a gorgeous scent on the masculine side and I think it had longevity and it was received well but never returned after the limited run! Any plans for it to return? That and country club made my other half want his own tallow and ash to use for his clothes!

Gutted I never got to try Bahama Vibes because that would be on my top 3. Aurora is nice. My current fave is Celestial but that was limited which is a total shame. My biggest problem at the moment is that switching to you has got me back on plastic. I have bottles collecting again and I dont like it. We need fabric spray refills pls.

You’re wrong. Candy Beach does work. I’ve tried all scents and still think that Candy Beach is the best in the most beautiful lilac bottle.

I bought your tester set and was really excited to try everything. But I used all the shampoo and conditioners and was really disappointed to be honest. There wasn’t much of a scent at all 😞

Oh no- and life gives you lemons! It’s all the fruit ones! You said the spring/pear set included pears- I can’t smell the fruit- florals are overtaking your scent range.

I’m gutted Bahamia has gone. I’ve also started uses cocoa and it’s beautiful- I’m fed up of the same Floral scents and same old same old laundry stuff – it’s making my asthma flair! Coconut doesn’t do that. I may need to find another brand else if you’re doing the same old stuff in every bottle. Where’s the fruit? Where’s the vibes?? I thought you were different.

I was really disappointed with the elixir’s tbh. I used them with your shampoo and conditioner and they didn’t make much difference. I held out so much hope for them. Not re ordered them at all. Such a shame about Cocoa Butter kisses, it was actually my favourite but I agree with a previous comment that the scent could have been stronger. Maybe that’s what could have made it more appealing. Maybe some more vanilla based scents would be a bit more successful?

Candy Beach was my first one and it’s still my favourite! I purchased a few bottles when you did Day of the Dead and only use every so often so I don’t run out!! I also really like Date Night. Both of these scents last soooo long and I find them both so comforting when I get into bed 🥰 I really like Aurora and Cocoa Kisses too but they aren’t as strong so it will be sad to see these go … maybe they need a little work to get them smelling a little stronger?! Bahama Vibes, great for a fresh feel throughout the house, I have this in the fabric spray. May as well add Spooky Szn and Myrrh-y Christmas are great seasonal ones and will be great if you could do them as one offs again. I’ve never really got Oud, it’s probably the worst one for me.

The cocoa never really appealed to me as I go for more fruity or floral. I’m not keen on coconut so tend to avoid those fragrances. I was a bit disappointed in life gives you lemons as it smelt more cleaning product instead of fresh lemons, I hope you try again with the formulation of that one. Currently loving the home sweet home set. I also prefer longevity but also subtleness, my daughter returned from uni with a well known high Street brand and the scent was overpowering and unpleasant. The fabric sprays are lovely, my teenage son has claimed one for his room and I am not complaining about that!

Great blog, I believe that Bahama Vibes does have longevity. I know coconut is a familiar scent but in my opinion it works and I know from reading comments on Tallow and Ash Fans fb group that it is popular and it would be welcomed back with open arms!

I think if you had a relaunch where you say you’ve corrected the issues (like making a scent last longer or added different notes or described it more like certain perfumes) you’d have many more people buying. I struggle with a lot of my T&A shampoo and conditioners because the fragrance pay off I want means I have to literally add three caps of each. While I don’t mind doing that if it means my clothes still carry a scent after they’ve been ironed and put away it does restrict my repurchasing because the overall cost suddenly ramps up…. If you could take out more of the liquid, making it more like a gel or thicker fluid which did just require one cap per use, even if that pushed up the costs that would mean more people repurchasing. I’d imagine many aren’t trippling up on dose to get results, I know my mum tried a sachet set on her average 8kg was and was disappointed enough to write off the entire brand! If my mum’s doing that, others will be too. That could be avoided, please intensify the scent, you have a good product, just the scent payoff let’s you down.

I really loved the idea of “when life gives you lemons” but agree that the aroma just didn’t stay on my washing for long.

I’m currently enjoying celestial – leave such a lovely fresh fragrance on my clothes.

The only scents I didn’t (want to) try was the cocoa & Pistachio. I too didn’t want it to have the aroma of known body lotions already on sale! I honestly don’t find them an attractive fragrance at all. Aurora tended to fade very quickly, but was fab initially on laundry if air-dried (hard during winter months).
My absolute favourite is Summer Fling (fabulous) & my son & his family loves Oud! The fabric sprays are a phenomenal addition aswell as the Stain Pen! I appreciate everyone will have different tastes, but these laundry products are absolutely revolutionary, gorgeous & addictive! 🧡🧡🧡

It’s so interesting reading everyone’s comments about what they do and don’t like! I love most of the scents but my absolute favourites include Candy Beach, Duvet Day, Little Miracle, Oud, Fresh Pistachio, Icing on The Cake and Date Night and I just love getting into my bed when it smells like a clean sexy man so I’m adding Odyssey to my favourites list 😂 the only scent that I didn’t really like was Cocoa Butter Kisses..

As much as I love Bahama Vibes and Summer Fling and have tried the discovery pack too, I don’t find the fragrance lasts very long at all. They smell great when they are washed but then lose the scent once dried. I never tumble dry my clothes but use a dehumidifier and my partner uses the dryer. Either way makes no difference. The clothes lose their scent sadly

Tried all the scents and you have excellent marketing. Smells are so personal so for every person that says they love one, you’ll have another saying they don’t. Unfortunately the only ones that actually smelt on the clothes after washing were, Little Miracle (please bring out a Fabric spray in this scent 🤞🏻) and Country Club (please bring this back 🤞🏻). Tried all the scent boosters and they did nothing, would not recommend these. However, the stain pen is brilliant!

I love Cocoa Butter Kisses! It’s my favourite in the winter. Please at least keep the fabric spray. I spray this all over my sofa, chairs and carpet to give it that Christmasy vibe. It’s better than any of the Christmas scents. ❤️

I do love Cocoa Kisses and Life Give You Lemons, but agree the scents didnt last long enough on clothes once dry, even with elixirs. Sadly never got to try BahamaVibes as it sounds right up my street! I assume a few tweaks to revamp them is easier said than done? Would love something Coconut based that will punches

For me Candy Beach was a firm favourite coming in second to Date Night. The scent was addictive and lasted really well, unfortunately Aurora although nice, doesn’t quite it the spot.

P.s how about a valentine’s edition called “truth or dare?” one scent created towards sweet aroma’s and one towards a more “spicy” aroma??

What am I doing wrong…clean washing machine & correct dosage, but can’t smell the actual fragrances! I’ve tried 4 now and they clean the laundry but lack the strong smell of other brands.
I want my clothes to smell like the liquid in the bottle so I’d be grateful for everybodys tips!

Kind if agree with a few other comments regarding Aurora. I bought this as a replacement to Candy Beach….its nothing like it and didnt have the longevity like Candy Beach did. Re-name and bring it back….please! 😁

I love the Cocoa Butter Kisses and Bahama Vibes – I hope they come back in future for those of us who are super fans. I need to check my stash (I’m sure I’m not the only one with a T&A stash 😳) and maybe stock up on the Cocoa Butter.

I love anything that has a fig scent so that would be a nice one for the future.
Currently love pistachio the most but have got a cocoa butter kisses fabric spray ahead of its demise. I think thats a lovely scent for autumn. I really shop for scents seasonally so will be wanting something that is more autumnal / comforting soon.

For spring and summer for me it has to be summer fling.

Bahama Vibes…..Gutted to hear it was not popular…..it was my family’s absolute favourite everyone made a comment on it…..such a shame but we do have other favourites….😌

Really disagree with the note about candy beach! It’s such a great smell and personally I don’t think Aurora smells anything like it, it’s very flowery and not so nice 😔 Would love candy beach to make a come back, even if it’s renamed!

Celestial has become a firm favourite. Can’t understand why there isn’t a fabric spray to complete the duo. Even my neighbour leant across the wall asking me what the lovely smell was!

Candy Beach was the reason I started buying T&A products, and I’m still disappointed it’s been discontinued.

We absolutely love Bahama Vibes in our house and wish you’d bring it back. I’ve even kept my bottles in the hope that it would return.

Hi I loved the products but unfortunately I found they caused irritation for myself and husband so have had to stop using/ such a shame as loved the fragrances hence my reason for no longer ordering. If you could produce a lovely fragranced anti allergy product I would be back in a flash !!

I might try Cocoa Butter Kisses if you still have it, as I need to try it, was always put off by the name thinking it was like the cocoa butter body lotion which my husband hates the smell of. Hopefully from what people say, it’s not like that at all.

Oh my gosh, loved Candy Beach. Best smelling out of all of them. Bahamas vibes is beautiful for a holiday feel smell, which I love using the fabric spray (the only option when I bought it) on the couch so I feel like I’m on holiday. And totally agree with Tracey Heaton about evri, they are terrible. Don’t even bother to walk up the stairs to the door, leave the packages on the ground. I get it’s a company thing not a delivery person thing, but they are the worst and unfriendliest delivery staff.

Hardly any of the other customers have mentioned the Oud products. Iv’e tried several and loved them all. Also Santal. I’m using Hopeless Romantic at the moment and thought it definitely had a stronger scent

I just LOVE the cocoa butter kisses (wish it was still as strong as when first launched to give it longevity though) so disappointed to see that one go, just so you know, please don’t ever get rid of my all time fave, the mighty Icing On The Cake fragrance, please!

I know Chemis-Tree is part of the Christmas range, but I love it and it has the best longevity of any of the fragrances I have! I’ve made it last all year as didn’t want to run out but the inevitable is about to happen. Please tell me it’s coming back for Christmas (or even better could be introduced into permanent range)

I love Cocoa Butter Kisses. But I agree..the name is equally important. My belief is ‘Cocoa Butter’ as a description makes people think of that aweful smelling body lotion that’s been around for decades and therefore won’t even consider buying it. Maybe a re-launch in the future with a different name?

Strawberry’s and cream would be a good combo scent, abit like a campino sweet or good ol classic strawberry 🍓 and cream scone, very traditionally British.

I love when life gives you lemons. The only thing is that the scent that is in the bottle doesn’t translate to the clothes. Very faint smell. However, I do applaud you and your amazing team for putting yourselves out there and try different scents. 💖💖

I just cannot see why you got rid of candy beach. Change the packaging, change the name or whatever to revamp it but don’t pretend that Aurora smells like it, it’s nothing like it and nowhere near as nice. Candy beach for me is the strongest of the scents, the nicest and I miss it so much. Why can’t you bring these back for maybe 6 months at a time, if you don’t want to bring it back for good (even though soooooo many people have said they want it back)? Maybe time to start to really listen to customers now?

And please whilst we’re at it, can you do away with EVRI, or at least give your loyal customers another option. I’d be willing to pay a bit more for use of a different courier, because frankly they are terrible and I have zero clue why you use them.

Bahama Vibes was amazing and we really miss it. We sprayed our lads clothes with it before he went to pre-school one day and he apparently spent the entire day getting cuddles. 😄

Date night and summer fling really didn’t do it for me…the after fragrance was just “off”
But everything else comes up trumps!!

Bv was my favourite, and was disappointed when you stopped it. Lemons I Was excited fir, but there was only a salty scent left after washing.

Please please please bring out a fabric spray for little miracle! I get scent triggered migraines (summer fling and aurora were a no no but that’s why I tried samples first) and little miracle doesn’t set them off! Plus the scent makes me feel so comforted and safe, I even use it on my dog’s bedding because he has very sensitive greyhound skin that reacts to harsh detergents. Would love to be able to spray my whole room with it when I’ve just washed the sheets to complete the experience 🥰💜

I ordered your celestial limited edition one because it was on offer and I genuinely thought it smelled ten times worse than your bog standard persil. I don’t like waste, so I used it up – but I used it on my fiances clothes because he can’t smell much at all!

Nah for real… these are some of the best scents!! I think the problem is they are seasonal and you have loads of scents in rotation as well as limited edition releases.

Ooh sorry Aurora is not a patch on the fragrance of Candy Beach and in my humble opinion smells nothing like it. Aurora is rose/ floral. Please, pretty please bring back CB even if it’s in another guise 😅
