This is our first ever sample of a new print we’re testing as part of exploring beautiful upgraded bottle designs!
We’re thinking about how we can bring amazing patterns and artwork onto our existing bottles - this one is inspired by classic Spode prints and we’re so happy with how it’s turned out! 😍
The texture of the sticker gives a really warm, homely, linen vibe and the print has transferred beautifully onto the material. It’s not the final design as we still need to add all the T+A branding you know and love, but we’d love to know what you think! Would you love to see this, and other artwork on your T+A bottles in 2026? 💙

It matches the porcelain tiles in my bathroom and my plates 😂❤️ definitely leave a side free so we can write the smell on the side with a chalk pen ❤️ excellent idea so folk can just buy refills :)
I would say leave the bottle design as they are,they are aray of beautiful colours when on show & don’t need fancy art work added to them because it’s not everyone’s cup of tea!!!
Customers may love the fragrances but hate the new designs & bottles which don’t fit in with their kitchen/utility room,it’s a huge risk to take,keep the bottles simple & just have occasional bottles covered in art like the Skull design or maybe pumpkin design for Halloween bottles,keep them for special events like Hearts for Valentines bottles,Christmas trees or decorations for the Christmas range but keep all the other bottles simple,elegant,sophisticated which is what stands out for the T&A company….
Not fused about the bottle just make a fruity scented product. Fed up with floral ones!

Wow! This is beautiful and such an wonderful new idea to add beautiful designs to your Bottles! I’m a subscriber, and my Husband is going to lose his mind…I already have an obsessive desire to collect empty Bottles…with designs like these…I’ll never want to discard a Bottle ever again! 😂
I think any addition would just enhance what is already an amazing product. It would be great to see other themes throughout the year, celebrating the seasons for example. Good luck with any new adventures

The day of the dead pouches artwork was astonishing.
While this design – even tho pretty good – looks to me like something a 90+ granny will have on her kitchen wall … Personally I would prefer something more warm, summery, bright-coloured, uplifting, with an impressionists vibe. Or bright colours combined with sharp and decisive borders, cartoon-style

I’d love to see some bottles that were possibly a more durable material that we could reuse and that are all different types of designs. That way we just purchase refills to top them up each time. For me, personally, I wouldn’t go for this as it wouldn’t match my decor (although it is lovely), but would sway more towards something with a neutral vibe. For example, I always keep my duvet day bottle as it matches well in my kitchen, so even if I order a date night refill, I’ll decant into the duvet day bottles. Something like a metallic style golden bottle would be chefs kiss!
I wish you can make it ceramic – I would display that all over my kitchen!!

I think design can be very polarising. One of the reasons your packaging works so well is its simplicity and therefore a broad appeal. Design such as this minimises the appeal to a demographic instead of multiple demographics. This design might not stop me buying, but for me personally is not an inducement to buy. If it ain’t broke……. ❤️❤️

I think it is a lovely idea and potentially would very much encourage people and myself to order refills. I havnt thrown a bottle away yet so I do buy refills especially Odyssey. Love the pattern, it would also look amazing in other colours to match the fragrances.

I think your washing liquids are a fantastic concept and have been delighted to watch your progress and use your products since you started. For me, as a busy working mother, the goal is sustainability, efficiency and cost. I love the fact that the products are recyclable and not a burden to the planet and of course they smell beautiful. If you add other dimensions to the bottles etc, will that have an effect on the recycling, sustainability and time/manufactoring costs. Unfortunately as much as I would want to support both issues are an important factor, albeit not wishing to be a party pooper!!

Ordered a large 12 bottle order a week ago. Seems to be stuck with the delivery company. Contacted Tallow and Ash to help expedite the concern but zero response from Tallow + Ash other than from an AI chatbot. Not impressed – I honestly better from your company.
Love it💙but a different colour for each fragrance just like the bottles already have a different colour to differentiate between the scents, but that looks absolutely stunning and look forward to buying these bottles.

The bottle is lovely, but I do personally prefer the plain bottles. Maybe as others have mentioned, you could add a subtle pattern design to either the shampoo or conditioner bottles, or change the shade to differentiate them?
Also, would you look in 2026 to make tumble dryer sheets too?

They are nice but I think the solid colour bottles make them stand out and much more sophisticated. You can easily see what scent you are selecting with the coloured bottles. I probably wouldn’t buy the design ones. A little to vintage for me.
They are lovely but wouldn’t buy them as they wouldn’t go with my kitchen style or decor. I would also hope they wouldn’t increase the price.

Hi. They do look beautiful but i believe your lovely muted colours go with the current decor schemes seen on social media and as well as the devine fragrances im.sure this is why they are loved so much . If you go for busy designs then they aren’t going to suit everyone’s decor and may be a reason not to buy them . I still rather you chamged the conditioners to a lighter or darker shade to the shampoos so at a glance you grab the correct one. when pouring, so many times in a rush ive poured conditioner in the soap drawer , anyone else agree . Just a suttle change maybe for us oldies !

I strongly prefer the lovely block, single colour look to your bottles. They do really stand out as different on the shelves now that I’ve found them, even in deepest Pembrokeshire!
If you decide on pattern, then I suggest that you keep it modern and with block colours. The example you have shown may not look so good on supermarket shelves. Good luck with whichever you decide. I love your products.

I think the current minimalist look is what makes your bottles stand out on the supermarket shelves (not to mention on my own shelves) The colours correspond nicely to the fragrances and make it easy to pick out. Please don’t change it 🙏

Gorgeous! Would the design be on the sides too or even left plain? The reason I ask is because my bottles are on a shelf side on and the writing isn’t attractive!
I think it’s a marvelous idea if you plan only to produce refills going forward and have a desired bottle to use from, I think most people would then buy the refills only

Would it be possible to have the info normally on the back of the bottle underneath the sticker and you can peel the top layer to reveal the information. I don’t know if that makes sense but you get it on like smaller bottles where they want to cram in more info and you just peel at the corner.

Seems a bit of a gimmick. Prefer the coloured bottles
I agree with some of the comments on the use of plastic and. There are amazing university courses in for example Bath, Imperial, Bristol and Glasgow that encourage students to design products and their packaging. Is that something to get your creative thought process started. But the use of Contemporary Artists would be another way of approaching design. As influencers you are so ahead of the rest of your field. Maybe Michael Craig Martin or Ai Wei Wei could be an approach for a design for one set of bottles. Then there could be a competition.

Love the bottle! Suits the limited edition vibes! So what I do is I reuse the bottle that I first got and I just top it up with refills, this way I don’t buy unnecessary plastic bottles, better for the environment. Would buy this bottle to keep refilling it!

I’m surprised though that as such a committed company in what you do and achieve, that you continue to produce such big plastic bottles that take up so much space on the worktop above my washing machine so I’m surprised you haven’t looked at doing a concentrated version of the shampoo and conditioner (as a lot of other laundry liquid suppliers have done over recent years to reduce plastic usage) so the bottles could then be made smaller, or even a ‘buy a generic bottle/s’ and refill with whatever scent you have just bought (I am aware that you do offer pouch refills already) ?
Maybe you could include a stick on/easy peel off sticker that came with each refill pouch that could be applied to the generic bottle and then removed and changed to the next scent when you buy it ? Just a thought :-)
Definitely giving Greek island vibes” it would be great for a summer limited addition drop. possibly a competition where the winner gets to choose the fragrance & name. Keep the original T&A bottles as it’s easily recognisable with the brand. But limited drops using special bottles would be fun.

These are extremely pretty and eye-catching. I know I’d love to buy it and, probably, so would many other people. I have an idea for you. I know an artist called Anita Inverarity. She does ink and colour drawings and paintings. The designer Zimmerman used her art a few years ago for the Zodiac collection. You should look her up on Facebook and commission her. She does really gorgeous work. All power to you and your great ideas, Tallow and Ash ❣️
I think the pattern is nice but to busy, i prefer the bottlea you have now. Plus it will just addnto the cost of production, a bit like high end perfume, added costs

These are very pretty but I dislike this big bulky packaging which needs recycling. I also dislike when a new fragrance comes out and you have to buy the bulky bottle rather that a recyclable pouch which is easy to recycle and better for the environment. I think a better idea would be to make a pump bottle that the recyclable pouches can be poured into and reused. I personally do this already as it’s less to store in the cupboard and I’ve worked out how many pumps works for me

2 reasons –
1 you can read easily which bottle you are picking up. I think the wording would be lost.
2 the design above makes it look as it needs to go with the decor of the room.

This is beautiful! Much nicer for a traditional feel in the home. Would love some seasonal themed floral bottles to change with the seasons too perhaps? So daffodils and tulips in spring, roses in summer, autumn leaves and pumpkins in autumn and holly and hellebores in winter? Maybe have these as storage bottles available on your site for storing one’s favourite T&A products?
It’s nice but I like your current designs. You can immediately recognise the scent you want from the colour of the bottles.
Would be great if you sold a holder / box that fitted 12 – 16 of your bottles. to store neatlyin a cupboard & easily be lifted out to pick which scent you want to use. Basically like a wine bottle holder for your laundry products

I think the design is beautiful but I think It would be to busy for my laundry area making it look cluttered. I don’t know if it would be possible for a small production but maybe keep both the old simple design as well as this or make it a limited edition so people can choose what fits best for them. Non the less, this looks absolutely gorgeous:)

The new floral design is nice and adds a fresh look. However, I do like being able to see the colour of the bottle, as it helps me quickly identify which one to select. It might also be helpful to have “Shampoo” and “Conditioner” written on the side, since I usually store mine side-by-side and only see the labels from that angle.
I’m also wondering if the new label would need to be peeled off for recycling — that could make it less convenient. Would adding this design increase the cost? Personally, I think the plain coloured bottles already look clean and classy. Not everyone may prefer patterned designs, especially if they like their products to match a certain aesthetic.
They look gorgeous and I’m all for using art everywhere. I store my bottles with the side showing – not sure how others predominantly store them – so I’d love it on the sides. But mindful of cost – not really necessary and it’s already at a fairly high price point.

I like the bottles as they are nice bold and the colour reflecting the fragrance. They are modern and suit my aesthetics. I find the new design a little old fashioned and also I would presume it would put the price up even more and as I live in a hard water area and have to use double the amount of shampoo it does make it quite a lot more expensive than the competitors. So I for one will be sticking to the originals x

Would perhaps be useful to think about how we all store the bottles – personally, I line them up (others may be different), so some of the beautiful design on the sides would be kinda nice.
And, could we also have Shampoo and Conditioner on the slim sides too (or just an S and C) so can easily identify which bottle is which if stacking up on a shelf (goes for all bottles, not just special editions). xx

What a sight for sore eyes, absolutely gorgeous. Maybe one pattern in different colours for each scent, in a darker and lighter tone for shampoo and conditioner. Always on a clear or white background? You could run a survey to choose the pattern. I’m sure that would reduce production costs which I know you are always keen to pass on to us.

Great idea to give “our” bottles a unique point of difference but only if it fits the brands identity.
I’m my opinion Spode print is too twee, old fashioned for our modern day laundry brand.
I prefer the bottles plain. Maybe the odd one in the collection could be like this but leave the rest alone!

Hi I would love to see art work on the bottles but maybe something that represents the ingredients in that particular fragrance. But in doing so i hope the price of your fantastic product does not increase.
It’s a no from me. The bottles are fine as they are in my opinion,it’s the liquid that’s important.

Big fan of your work. Big fan of the new formulated duvet day for stronger and longer scent and appreciate the r + d that went into that. Hint. When I like something I buy refills. Personally I only have one bottle on display and the rest are locked away. I don’t care what the bottle looks like. As many have commented, the spines of existing bottles could have the revamp. I know shampoo left, conditioner right, in my house so it doesnt bother me. But you could do green with white vs white with green text to distinguish the bottles. I wouldn’t buy this particular bottle but it does look pretty. Limited edition ones can get designs as you will soon run out of colours
Looks like the prototype is a sticker, you know what could have used stickers? The day of the dead pouches. I ordered the set of 3 having never gotten the chance to try celestial or candy beach and I’m very disappointed that I have no way to tell which is which. I also don’t think I received Bahamas vibes at all, I’ve got a refill pouch from a previous purchase and none of the day of the dead pouches I received smell like it. Patterns and designs are all important, but they don’t trump the actual product itself, as others seem to have already said here, please don’t forget your main focus
