Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Love the products, just don’t love how much plastic there is. The refills are obviously a great idea but the pouches probably won’t actually get recycled because they’re hard to rinse out. And then with the main bottles being plastic, and being used for a long time, chances are microplastics are being released into the liquid.
I’d pay more upfront for a main glass bottle to keep for life.
Product wise, I’d LOVE the rain and moss fabric spray scent in a shampoo and conditioner. There’s not enough masculine smells other than odyssey.

The bottles are difficult to open.
The colour of the shampoo and conditioner could be different.
Ive said all this before.

Hi Ciara. A little more intensity to the beautiful fragrances would be heavenly 🥰 also I’ve received my first fabric spray and not sure if it’s me but when spraying I end up getting solution on my hands 🙌

I would love a mobile App and some discounts if returning some of the bottles as I have stacked around 40 in my garage and it feels like a massive plastic waste!
Would also love to see T&A collaborating with Miele

I like the design of the bottles, but for sight impaired people, I think it would be a good idea to have different coloured tops, to make distinguishing shampoo from conditioner easier. I don’t think it would affect the design too much to have, say, white lids for the conditioners
I also think some of the fragrances could be a little stronger.
