Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Loving your fabric sprays. Particularly the stouts rose oud combination. Would be great if we could purchase refills as I am using this pricy daily in a busy household with pets

Having tried pretty much everything you guys have to offer 😂I have a couple of suggestions
Make the smells more intense as lots of people love the fresh laundry smell and want to smell it in their house& when they wear it etc.
Bring back candy beach😂 by the far best smell out there, nothing else compares 😂
The fabric spray bottles keep leaking so product goes everywhere 🥲
Free postage as I feel paying for postage always puts people off buying products online. Obviously I know there’s an expense with that but psychologically people don’t like paying for p&p- I don’t know why that’s the case😂
Also I know you’ve just changed the lids however for some reason mine keep leaking in transit and when I use them? Keep getting product everywhere!! Not sure if it was just a faulty few but just a few ideas 😊

Hi there, I am so so pleased I stumbled upon your products! Total revelation. I’ve never known my laundry to be so soft.
I only ever wash my clothes at 30c, which won’t kill bacteria so I add Napisan to each wash. Could you develop a germ killing power or additive that could be used instead? Also, are you bringing the elixirs into production? With autumn approaching I’m thinking they’d be brilliant to add to washes that would need tumble drying?

I love the new lids but find that in delivery it’s quite often they’ve leaked, may not be loads but it’s still a shame. Maybe adding an outer seal so that it’s easy to remove but also keeps them anti leak until they arrive to us.
