Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I would like:
1) Tallow and Ash infused water softener tablets
2) Flacon for Miele Tumble Dryer with the delicious fragrance of Tallow and Ash
3) Tallow and Ash infused tumble dryer sheets
4) Reintroduce your Spooky SZN shampoo and conditioner maybe under another name please 🙏🏼 as I have used my last drop but I’ve kept the bottles in case you relaunch the fragrance or produce refill pouches 🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💕

Maybe it’s just me but after using the caps to get the dosage in to the washing machine drawer, the remaining amount in the cap leaks out the cap and down the bottle. Maybe the cap could be tweaked slightly to prevent this?

Would love an app, make my life and time much quicker, also would love tin to put my 5 different shampoo & conditioners in ( trying all eventually)
But it will have to be long and medium with with shallow sides, so can fit under sink, don’t really need lid xx

It would be good to be able to return the refill pouches to be reused. That would make it even more planet friendly.

I drove 25 miles to my nearest Tesco to buy your products. They are watered down versions, not as thick and the perfume is not as strong. I might have saved the postage but it cost as much if not more in petrol to buy an inferior product. I feel cheated.
