Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Since it’s just me, and not a large household, I’m only on my 2nd subscription. So far loving these products. So many more to try! 🙌
I’m so glad you are changing the lid. I found I had to use the end of a spoon to lift the plug out since it was so tricky. Well done for that. 🙏
Ideas:
How about some gift ideas? Boxes created for people who are just about to move into
their new home perhaps? A scent called New Home? Could include a spray, some cloths or even Tallow + Ash pegs and a peg bag?
How cool?
Similarly, New Baby gift box, (Little Miracle) could include a soft toy, or muslin cloths.
The only other thing that other people have also mentioned is the free P&P on subscription orders. This would be great to encourage more online orders. Especially if you can purchase in Tesco for slightly less.

I would love the conditioners to be stronger as some of them I can barely smell. Really thought I was going to love Golden Oud and Santal as they are my kind of smells but I could hardly smell Golden Oud and the Santal scent was only a hint of an aroma xXx
