Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

How about free postage if you spend over a certain amount? It might already be in place and I need to up my spending game!
Scent boosters. Fine room spray. Birthday gifts for Reward members. Differing levels for Reward members with better benefits the higher you get.

To have an App would be great. To be able to change fragrance without losing any benefit. Otherwise all is good.

Perfume drops to add to things like anti bacterial kitchen spray, hand soap , pot pourri etc . Also , less special editions, never smell as good but order as FOMO 😂 for example, Santal -no scent , and golden oud and baby one – all not very nice! More forever fragrances, with expanded range of items. Free testers like pistachio this month, do for new fragrances in advance for any orders.

I would love to see an non toxic, safe for skin Anti Bacterial Laundry Cleanser to give confidence that you’re killing 99.9% of germs when washing at low temperatures (as we’re all encouraged to do these days). I also wonder if it’s something that can be incorporated into the fabric softener rather than a separate item all together?
I’d also love to see a stain removing spray to spray on tougher stains before adding it to the wash.
All in all love Tallow and Ash, I think these things would make a lot of peoples experiences even better.
