What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Keep Santal permanently – what a beautiful smell to match my perfume!

Would also be interested in ironing water.

Free delivery over £40 would be great and encourage people to spend more.

Maybe throw in a mystery free sample of a different scent to what has been ordered when spending a certain amount.

Just recently received two new sprays and noticed the nozzles are firing the liquid out more like a water gun rather than a fine spray? I sprayed it in the car and instead of it misting over the seats, it shot right over to the opposite door lol. You could maybe look at improving the nozzle style for future?

Also being able to add one off purchases to the subscription, especially the mystery box, this would save on postage.

I like how you are offering a free sample this month – you could offer free postage occasionally, or have some offers like buy one get one half price on shampoo conditioners. Washer points are great, but sometimes extra incentives will encourage extra orders.

It’s nice to be rewarded for loyalty, I personally would be over the moon if I received a surprise sample now and again too – like when you hit a certain accumulated spend, a sample will be included automatically. Little things can make such a big difference to people.

You have a lot of loyal fans/customers and it’s good fun to enter into promotions, and for T&A to gain valuable feedback – but let’s face it, most of use never win despite our sincere intentions of helping the company, so receiving little perks along the way now and again would be rewarding.

And for the rare times when there are mess ups with orders, throw in a sample to sweeten things when sorting it out.

I have a couple of things really.

Scent boosters
A high power laundry shampoo for stubborn stains (my partner is a mechanic and unfortunately t&a does very little to his work clothes)
Safer packaging for the stain remover
And
Air fresheners so the rest of my house can smell as beautiful as our clothes!

Wonderful products and its so so soo nice having beautiful smelling products that i can use on my two sensitive skinned children!
