Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I love all 4 of your new scents, but would love to have the fabric fresheners to go with each one.
Or maybe a tumble dryer sheet for the winter months when hanging clothes out are a no go.
I would also love if you brought out black orchid out as a smell.

Do you know what, sometimes you get something right the first time other times to spend your whole life trying to get that something right ( or you think is right). Tallow-Ash are a great example of bringing to the market place something that doesn’t need a lifetime developing, the time already spent in creating unique and indulging fragrances that surround our homes, cars and cloths is testament to the right people doing what they do best, creating moments with our senses.

I love the smell of freshly cut grass…….maybe you could bottle that?

Could you do fragranced ironing water? I find putting water in the iron dilutes the smell of your laundry and almost eliminates it. Then the lemon or comfort ironing water masks my oud or date night!! Can’t have that 😩
