What are we missing?

What are we missing?

Hey, it’s Ciara here :)

We want to make your laundry day something you look forward to. We hope that in 2025, we create the even more incredible products for you - and us 🤭 - to use.

Right now, I need to start working on fragrance ideas for the second half of 2025. And I’d love your opinion on what you want to see! I’ve put together a questionnaire that will hopefully find out what you like, and then I’ll take your answers and over the next few days I’ll develop scent moodboards and brands and then show you them to get your feedback on the ideas!

So, if you’ve got a few minutes while watching Squid Games or Gogglebox, take this scent questionnaire, help us develop the future of laundry products! It’s early… but these could end up going in supermarkets.. who knows!!

Thanks for your thoughts in advance. 🥰

Best wishes,

Ciara

If it’s for Autumn launch , why not create a special trio of city break inspired fragrances ?
New York – crisp , woody , apple vibes
Paris – Jasmine , tobacco , ginger
Amsterdam – Definitely aquatic ! so vetiver, eucalyptus , coffee ?
Forget the luggage, let’s match our laundry to our destination!!

Rachel Gibson April 17, 2025

This fragrance wheel desperately needs Enigma in the empty “Amber” segment! ….🙏 please🖤🧡🖤

Annie March 21, 2025
would love to see laundry pearls and a product specifically for dark/black washes and white washes, but then I would ned a bigger cupboard for all my T&A products
Lisa March 17, 2025

I would like matching fragrance in some form that can go into the tumble drier

Zoe Bailey March 09, 2025

a denim wash, wool and cashmere wash, silk and delicates wash, dark colours wash etc

Pauline Grice March 07, 2025

Hi, I’m disabled 75. I just can’t undo the ring pulls on the big bottles
Are you still doing samples. As I can still use scissors!

Donna Elvin March 05, 2025

Please try this one. This is my personal favourite combination. I think it will be a winner 🏆
Too notes – Oudh wood
Middle notes – raspberry, benzoin tears
Base notes – incense
I would love to hear your reaction!

Gill Ellidge February 14, 2025

I’d love to see tumble dryer sheets to match your fragrances.

Sheri Browning February 14, 2025

I would love to have cocoa butter kisses and Pistachio shampoo and conditioner back to go with the sprays.
Also a spray to go with rain and icing on the cake 😃😃😃

Alexandra Gallagher February 13, 2025

Could you pleeeeaaase do rain and salted moss in laundry and conditioner too xxx

Jennifer Joad February 13, 2025

I’d love to see dryer sheets join the range. I find your amazing scents fade in the dryer 😔

Nickie Bonn February 08, 2025

Hi there,

Side bar – everyone in our house has eczema so we have to have fragrance free laundry products. So I’m really interested to know if your products are hypoallergenic? I’d really love to try your product but can’t find anything that says it’s safe for allergies?

Can you help?
Many thanks
Nickie

Mo February 05, 2025

Si perfume – eau de toilette in particular is light and still alluring

Samantha February 04, 2025

Coastal aquatic scents like Aqua de Parma’s Fico de Amalfi.

Szerena January 23, 2025

Freesia was a very good suggestion, but anything that smells more fresh, clean linen, all of your smells are mostly sweet nothing stands out as an original scent maybe you should stop copying perfumes and come up with a new scent

Luci January 22, 2025

It would be great if you could do room defusers, so your lovely scents could be in our homes.

paige January 17, 2025

an earl grey london fog!!!!

Sarah Burrows January 16, 2025

I’m lease can you do the oud in the fabric spray

Deana Jeffs January 15, 2025

The smell of freshly mowed grass

Megan jo January 14, 2025

I think you should give a better measure and also if you could do black cherry like Yankees smell

Kayleigh January 12, 2025

Okay it’s not a scent suggestion BUT I would absolutely loveeee to see travel size fabric sprays. Something 100ml so I can shove it in my hand luggage and spritz my clothes/neck pillow… even my seat if it looks funky! That way I can freshen my clothes on the go too. And not have to carry a huge bottle! Also fabric stain remover pens.

Gia January 12, 2025

Enigma would be great. It would also be good to know if anyone did guess the scents. Or what the scents were.

A Clark January 11, 2025

I like freesias
A lady was wearing a perfume the other day smelling of freesias I think
She said it was Victoria secret perfume

Fiona S January 10, 2025

I loved the Naughty and Spice seasonal scent and would love something similar with Sandalwood, coffee or spicy notes year round.
Still love Date Night and Oud.

Dori January 10, 2025

I think Enigma was extremely unique, and not like any other scent of yours – that 100% needs to be part of the line:)

Besides that maybe something with sandalwood, or a more oriental fragrance?

Susan January 09, 2025

Please bring back Spooky Szn but for Autumn/Winter rather than just a few weeks. My whole family loved this and I really wished I’d bought another bottle before stock ran out. How about taking pre-orders in early Sept for a late Sept or 1 Oct launch? That way no one is disappointed to miss it, and it will help you gauge demand for production.
I would also like a full-sized Christmas scent I could use from 1st December – Naughty & Spice would be perfect for me.

Ella January 09, 2025

i would LOVE a more sandalwood scent and also even a simple clean-soapy scent would be so dreamy ☁️

Nicola Barnfield January 07, 2025

I’d love to see the limited edition salt and moss fabric spray as a permanent wash fragrance.

Lina January 07, 2025

I hope pistachio one to come back, so nutty flavours for me🫶

Lorraine January 07, 2025

I agree with Kate May, Cool Water and Aqua di Gio would be nice in Aquatic. DG Blue would be nice for summer. Givenchy’s L’Interdit might go well in Woody or Amber.

Kate May January 07, 2025

I think something along the lines of Cool Water would be nice for aquatic section and would be unisex, but I would introduce that for the summer. Second half of the year needs warming scents, something ambery/woody/gourmand based. I love sandalwood so that would be nice. Also, I would LOVE to see samples in all the fragrances rather than just a few, and keep up with the limited editions. Thanks T&A you’re doing a fabulous job!

Jaq January 07, 2025

What immediately stands out is you have no gourmands there. I love the smell of sandalwood, which goes really well with amber and woody fragrances. Diptyque’s Tam Dao is beautiful and would suit a laundry product. Ambre Sultan is a beautiful woody scent but might be a bit much.

Jaq January 07, 2025

Ellie Telford January 07, 2025

I think missing it has a scent reminiscent of Gucci Memoire—it has that fresh, green allure. Then there’s the vibrant lemony note of Dolce & Gabbana, which brings in a delightful burst of yellow.

Lauren January 07, 2025

Whatever is in Enigma needs to be permanent, it’s a beautiful fragrance!!

Sophia January 07, 2025

Whatever is in Enigma is what you need to do. I’m sure it is in that part of the wheel.

Trudie Armstrong January 07, 2025

I subscribe to the mystery box and some are lovely think and smell amazing, some have been watery and barely smell of anything. I’m sticking with it until I’ve tried them all, and I’d really love a strong woody oud scent in a black bottle! That would tick all the boxes boxes! 😁😁😁 my friends son made a comment about why does all laundry products make his clothes smell like a girl! 😂 so I introduced her to you oud one and you’ve made a little lad very happy! 😂 thank you x

Lisa January 07, 2025

I think you have lots of fragrance already… spend 2025 fine tuning the service and expanding on what you already have… like the elixirs? What happened with those? Tumble dryer sheets would be amazing in existing scents as well- like the eco egg or mielle. Ensuring you have samples for every scent… candy beach wasn’t in your sample set and was your worst performing scent that you had to discontinue… could this happen to all your new scents if there is no sample for them? It is really nice that you come out with limited editions- that keeps things fresh and exciting… please bring out enigma again- that was incredible

Kelly Pritchard January 07, 2025

Can’t smell scent off laundry after drying. Disappointed

Sophie Porter January 07, 2025

Hi, we love all the ones we have tried so far! I think for second half of 2025, thinking seasonally:autumnal fragrances. Something along the lines of home sweet home Yankee – cinnamon and warming rather than floral. Enigma is fab so some more masculine earthy scents would be good too. As for aquatic, something along the lines of cool waters – maybe seabreeze or ocean drive but scented like that sort of cool water fragrance. Keep going as we are very impressed so far. Some recycling options may also be good for the bottles and pouches once’s used. A returns service so you can reuse them even as mine still look spanking new when empty!

Tania Woodward January 07, 2025

You’re still missing sample packs in all of the available fragrances so people can try before buying full size. Your discovery set says it’s every fragrance, but it’s missing quite a few. I would also love refills in Icing On The Cake, so when my subscription arrives I’m not receiving new bottles each time. A vanilla based fabric spray would be great too.

Craig January 07, 2025

Don’t think you’re missing anything, scents are all really good.

However, you mentioned the words missing and supermarket. What’s missing is my gift for giving you a glowing review to present to said supermarkets when you had your big meeting. What’s happening with that?

Thanks

Long term subscriber

BATH COUNTRY PETS Emma Edwards January 07, 2025

I really like the fact your roots were because of skin issues and sensitivity, therefore I prefer the fragrances that are derived from a natural place if possible rather than chemical. Essential oils – lemon, orange, basil, black pepper, peppermint are fragrances that resonate with me. I like the idea of special fragrances and limited editions linked to the seasons but without the chemical smells.

Judith January 07, 2025

Not really about fragrance but I would love to see a returns service, where you could send back the refill pouches. I have been saving them just in case? 🤞

Anonymous January 07, 2025

How about Roma by Laura Biagiotti this fragrance has been iconic since 1988, not sure where it would sit on your board though. Think oriental bitter orange.

Kath Shakespeare January 07, 2025

Something with bergamot and lemongrass/lime would be amazing. My friend dreamed you made a strawberry scented one for her the other night 😊

JK January 07, 2025

I used to have a beautiful strong blackcurrant scented soap (dicscontinued, sigh) – strong dark fruit scent would be amazing. More citrus, a spiced apple/orange would make the laundry smell amazing.
Vanilla & coffee for bedsheets :)

Ben January 07, 2025

An Issey Miyake l’eau d’issey (Mens) type scent would be perfect and fit in in that woody/floral section

Liz Peck January 07, 2025

I don’t even know if it is still available, but I used to love Aqua Manda – essential oils of mandarin, ginger, lavender, patchouli, cinnamon, and other aromatic herbs (Eucalyptus, tarragon and juniper berry).

Georgia Hills January 07, 2025

Hi ya,

Not so much a fragrance, but are you thinking of doing tumble dryer sheets (the ones in the supermarket are rubbish) or those tumble dryer things with the smelly in the middle that eco egg do? I use mine all the time. 😊

Owen Taylor January 07, 2025

For aquatic you could model a scent off of maison margela coast walk or sailing day? Not sure how strong this could be.

For a darker woodier scent maybe something like musk, with a hint of matcha?

Vicky January 07, 2025

I love scents like lily flames. Fairy dust ,sweet with a touch of baby powder scent it’s a lasting scent without being heavy.

A January 07, 2025

Remember Ooh La La soap from Lush? Lavender and rosemary. Think their Twilight scent approximates it. I’d forever worship at your feet if you could reproduce that.

Natalie Brown January 07, 2025

Ooh Woody would be lovely.
The Noir 29 and The Matcha. 26 by Le Labo are amazing woody fragrances

Joe Temple January 07, 2025

I love all your fragrances but I’m more drawn to the fruity citrus scents. Perhaps an Apple scent for spring? Are you going to bring out the shampoo/conditioner in the rain & moss scent of your fabric spray? That sounds refreshing 😊

Fiona Bubb January 07, 2025

Oh my goodness predictive text!
Tonka bean!!!!! Not Toni’s 😂❤️

Fiona Bubb January 07, 2025

Toni’s bean, amazing scent and staying power. Warm and luxurious feeling.

Nev January 07, 2025

Hi, what’s needed is a regular limescale treatment. I’m in a hard water area and to protect my machine I have to use Calgon with each wash or an equivalent. If I do that it ruins the fragrance of your liquids as it has its own fragrance. I need a solution for that in order to continue using your products.

Thank you,

Nev

Daniel Piper January 07, 2025

Please stop making new flavours and concentrate on the current ones. A lot of the scents bar oud are quite lack luster. I know quite a few people using people using double concentration to improve the smell, if it isn’t possible instead of or on top of the spray please work on scent boosters

EMMA DAVIES January 07, 2025

I echo sea salt and wood sage. Like the Jo Malone perfume

Sophie Marie Snowball January 07, 2025

I love Tahitian vanilla, frangipani.

Szilvia Gudor January 07, 2025

Sea salt& wood sage

Millie McGee January 07, 2025

I would love a vanilla fragrance, one similar to Burberry Goddess would be amazing
I also agree with another comment that said about an antibacterial detergent, could this be a booster maybe that you could add to any of the existing products?
Another one that would be nice perhaps is another natural one similar to the lavender that is fragranced with essential oils
My favourite essential oils are definitely bergamot and neroli 🍊🩷

Mihaela January 07, 2025

Maybe something like mint fresh with some sweet notes

Elizabeth Kent January 07, 2025

My favourite scet is the Oud.
I prefer seats that have more woody spicee or even citrus. The scents range are lovely but some are a lttek too sweet or floral fo me.

Hayley Tattersall January 07, 2025

Make pistachio available for all

SSK January 07, 2025

Loving the current scents but what about a mix of leather and floral notes?

Lucy O January 07, 2025

I would like an antibacterial range that would make my gym clothes smell amazing, but with the reassurance it kills bacteria from a sweaty workout. Something strong like Dettol laundry, but nicer smelling.

Tara Parke January 07, 2025

Gourmand scents are huge at the minute, bianco latte, Kayali vanilla 28, yum marshmallow too. Desperate to have cocoa kisses & pistachio back in stock as permanent scents

Sam Base January 07, 2025

I’m desperately missing the pistachio one! It’s probably my favourite one yet plus the colour of the bottles match my utility room so perfectly! Rather than an actual perfume I prefer scents more like candles, French lavender, Cotton linen or something musky. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Allie January 07, 2025

A vanilla scent would be amazing.

Also it would be great if you had scratch and sniff cards of your range that you could send people for free, so they could see what sort of scents they like before buying products.

🙌💜

Sarah Gillbard January 07, 2025

La labo fragrances are great, Another 13 is my favourite.
I love Oud, Odessy and Enigma and Icing on the cake. My least favorates are Cocoa kisses, Summer fling and the Halloween one, I don’t like the fruity ones as they smell chemically to me.

Matt January 07, 2025

As a business, it would make sense to adopt the current trends in regards to fragrances. Gourmand Vanilla fragrances are huge right now. You have fragrances like Bianco Latte/Kayali Vanilla 28 for women, and fragrances like PDM Althair for men. You could take inspiration from these and create a really popular, year-round scent.

As a guy, I would say you also need to expand your male scent offerings. We only really have Odyssey at the minute that is inspired by male perfumery. You could go safe and create a scent similar to Azzaro The Most Wanted Intense or Stronger with you Intensely, or get experimental and take inspiration from highly popular fragrances such as Oud Maracuja (Fruity), Oud Cadenza (Sweet) and Oud Stallion (Leather). These are hugely popular fragrances from the Maison Crivelli perfume house.

Sarah Parsons January 07, 2025

I’d love to see a sea salt / woody combi ( think Jo malone ) a fresh blast of the sea with a twist of the forest
Ps I also think the cocoa butter kisses should be added to the range as a permanent fixture 💜

Shelley January 07, 2025

I can’t wait to see what you come up with!!!

Hana Moreton January 07, 2025

I would definitely love to see some seasonal scents pop up along side your key range, like spooky szn for autumn and myrrhy Christmas for winter. Summer fling was gorgeous too, so maybe a fresh spring scent would be nice: gardenias, daffodils, orange blossom, apple blossom but with a dry woody base note. And during those seasons, having the fabric sprays for each corresponding scent available would be amazing!

Sharon January 07, 2025

Cocoa Butter Kisses-please make this a regular. And something like Rose Jam from Lush and Super Milk from Lush. If you’re planning to develop more in wood and herbal spectrum the smell must be strong to last through cycle, avoid making amateur mistakes I’ve seen in Asia 10 years ago (although they’re pretty well-developed now and have a large variety especially in Taiwan)

Hana Moreton January 07, 2025

I love the oriental fragrance notes mixed with things like coffee and caramel or musk and leather. Woody scents are also really sumptuous but mixed with citrus tones to make them less masculine and more universal.

Conor January 07, 2025

I think you are missing the all time go-to fresh laundry smell. All the scents are great, for a change, but the classic is needed. Especially for washing baby/children’s clothes, you don’t really want your child smelling like anything other than clean and fresh. All that being said, I love Amber scented fragrances.

Caz January 07, 2025

Just a fruity scent with nothing else, absolutely love anything orange with nothing added to it, and also strawberry.

Kim Holbrook January 07, 2025

Something evocative of forest bathing or summer showers – earthy and woody but fresh. Love citrussy scents too – blood orange, limes, lemon verbena.

Nick Chapman January 07, 2025

Sorry to be boring 😐, and to keep on repeating myself 🥱, but I don’t want any new scents. I just want Cocoa Butter Kisses and Summer Fling back. Please🙏

Sandra Gilbert January 07, 2025

Something spicy Oriental like Opium, Aromatics, Youth Dew or Poison/Hypnotic Poison.
Away from the commercial perfumes cocoa butter and roast coffee.

Julie Lockwood January 07, 2025

Something along the lines of Aromatics Elixir by Clinique would be amazing ❤️ I wear this everyday and always get complimented and asked which perfume it is. We all love Oud in our house 🥰🥰

Ana January 07, 2025

I love fresh laundry scents like Ineos linen and cotton breeze and smells like baby powder and eucalyptus.

I received the Maison Margiela replica memory box perfume set for Christmas and these would make amazing laundry scents.

I also agree that I would prefer to buy the laundry shampoo and fabric conditioner separately and maybe have larger size options too.

TAsif January 07, 2025

Rose Dunes
A mystical desert rose with oud
Bewitching Spellbinding Rich

Victoria Kilpatrick January 07, 2025

Woodland scent or Petrichor (rainy earth)🌲. Would also absolutely love an ocean/sea spray/coastal scent 🌊Thanks!

Sarah January 06, 2025

Something along the lines of – L’eau d’Issey, Chanel Madamoiselle and Clinique Happy. Not all together though!
I absolutely love your products but find that the fragrances aren’t that strong and don’t last very long. Which is a shame.

Sumia January 06, 2025

You know what would go well in the aquatic section? Ocean Mist (it’s my favourite scent in the Wild deodrants) and honestly it’s SO FRESH AND CLEAN it’s absolutely lovely! It definitely evokes a breezy, mild weather sort of feeling.
Or sea salt and cotton (another favourite scent) both are perfect 👌

Lisa E January 06, 2025

I’d love a toffee caramel Shea scent. How about a fresh linen or ocean breeze?

Annette Griffiths January 06, 2025

Drakkar Noir by Guy Laroche:
Top notes are Lavender, Lemon, Bergamot, Rosemary, Mint, Lemon Verbena, Basil and Artemisia; middle notes are Juniper, Coriander, Wormwood, Carnation, Cinnamon, Angelica and Jasmine; base notes are Oakmoss, Pine Tree Needles, Fir, Leather, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli, Cedar, Amber and Resins.

Leather Forever Royal Arabian Edition De Gabor
Top notes are Whiskey, Walnut, Leather, Rum, Fig, Dates and Saffron; middle notes are Leather, Mahogany, Guaiac Wood, Orris Root, Vetiver and Patchouli; base notes are Leather, Ambergris, Agarwood (Oud), Sandalwood, Incense, Amber and Musk.

They are both more on the warm woody spectrum

Maryanne Old January 06, 2025

Hi 👋
I’d love a woody scent featuring Oak, Patchouli , Sandle wood and Vetivert.. evoking a strong but soft warm feel like,’ after dinner drinks’ in the smoking lounge.
I would still like to see scent boosters for all fragrances , ironing waters and tumbledryer sheets or balls ?
I feel a baby line would be amazing plus a pet line. Pet friendly shampoos for animal clothes and bedding.

I’d also like a whole line dedicated to healing.
Sleep scents for bed clothes and duvet sets.
Invigorating scents for gym clothes. Power scents for work clothes… scents specifically formulated to smell nice but have an effect on emotions.
Hope this helps 🙏

Leanne Kaye January 06, 2025

What about baked scents like Bakewell tart, marzipan (Battenberg)
Chocolate scents
Coffee scents
Honey and sandalwood together

denisa hirkova January 06, 2025

I only wish enigma back, there is no competition for this scent 💜

Janet Davies January 06, 2025

I am a regular customer and I will continue to be one if you start listening !
I do not use your washing liquid at the same rate as the conditioner and therefore would prefer to buy the products separately, ie, bulk buy conditioner/ or ‘shampoo’ .
Perhaps you could also offer larger volume refills to reduce costs and waste?

Nina January 06, 2025

I would LOVE an orangey vanilla musk scent, personally. But yes, more in the woody/mossy category would be amazing. Oud is my favourite. I still think the scents need to be stronger/longer lasting though ideally. Looking forward to trying the sprays but none in Oud yet :(

Lynsay January 06, 2025

Pink Sugarberry mint
Oud/sandalwood
Eucalyptus
Pink pepper pod
Lenor spring awakening

Danielle mcleish January 06, 2025

I absolutely love lady million and would love it if that was made into a set one day its a timeless scent .

Or maybe like a summer or spring linen range like a clean breeze scent giving that fresh scent like your washings been out on the line .

But also i think a range for babies and little ones would be amazing too that are scented similar to johnsons bedtime etc as all mummies know those scents . There calming and soothing and its never been made into a laundry product before . Its always baby powder with baby ranges but i feel something like that would be much better

Alison Murray January 06, 2025

How about:
Fig
Sea salt & moss
Luxury scent – Silky Woods Goldfield & Banks Australia

Akiko Ellis January 06, 2025

This chart is really good. Now we need Aqua Fragrance.
How about Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua?

Tanya Phillips January 06, 2025

My thoughts went straight towards something crisp and zesty. Alike D&G light blue. Limes, lemons with a hint of vanilla. I’d love that. My favourite scent you provide by far is Oud. Hope this helps.

Julie Doyle January 06, 2025

Love the Christmas scents, something spicy and or nutty, vanilla and baking scents also please

Karen January 06, 2025

Coco Chanel or Coco Noir would be amazing! 😊

Patricia Coll January 06, 2025

I absolutely love your scents
White musk and orange.

The Christmas shampoo is gorgeous ❤️

Sara January 06, 2025

Definitely some clean, crisp, fresh scents going into Spring/Summer. Cedarwood scents are lovely as are Sea salt & driftwood fragrances.
A scent similar to The White Company’s Seychelles fragrance would also be gorgeous and whilst you do have a few florals atm, scents with a prominent lean to violet or iris would be very powdery & clean & possibly pretty for babies laundry too.
Also how about a nice English Country garden scent with a prominent honeysuckle note ? That would be beautiful drying out on the line on a sunny day 😍😍

Kasia B January 06, 2025

I really love your Naughty and Spice, please keep it!! I bought many of your products, however I tend to use Oud the most. I wash all clothes together, segregated by colour, so when washing my husband’s, my son’s and my clothes together, scents like Icing on the cake are too sweet for them, so I end up using Oud all the time. We also love Odyssey but it’s too masculine for me. Unisex scents are the best in my opinion.

Rachel Chandler January 06, 2025

Quiz completed but please bring back cocoa butter kisses soon!

N.Mtry January 06, 2025

Something really fresh would be nice too, aqua di gio by armani would be AMAZING as a Laundary scent, maybe mixed with some vanilla .. or dolce and gabanna light blue .. along them lines but more creamy x

Bijal Mistry January 06, 2025

Would love a heady Gardenia and Tuberose scent.

Or a Tom Ford Neroli dupe.

Also, any plans for a ’scent booster ’ type product?

Bekki January 06, 2025

A apple and mango scent would be great.
Also anything similar to Marc Jacobs perfumes or Chloe Atelier Des Fleurs Vanilla Planifolia. Would love to see tumble dryer sheets one day too

Megan January 06, 2025

Chanel No5 would be amazing as a detergent

Veronica Maclean January 06, 2025

I love anything floral . It must be strong and keep the laundry smelling floral
Perhaps honeysuckle. Freesia

Kellyann January 06, 2025

Please introduce a eucalyptus fragrance

Sharron Wood January 06, 2025

Definitely the dryer wood areas.
I once had a driftwood room defuser and it was really nice. Fresh and woody.
I love the Oud and wait (patiently)for the room spray in it too.
My fave perfume is Chanel Chance, not sure where that would sit on the smell spectrum?

Also you was making tote bags to give us for commenting on the supermarket post and we voted for aour fav style – did I miss them coming in?? 😃😃😃

Sarah Capsey January 06, 2025

My fav scent of all time is patchouli

Sonja Rachel Jones January 06, 2025

There’s an indie perfumery in the US, Sucreabeille, that does AMAZING Honey scents- “Black Honey,” “Imperial Queen,” and “Beekeper’s Daughter” are my favourites. A Honey scent would be amazing-I grew up with bees and hives, and the scent of Honey has always been a comforting one.

Alison Thompson January 06, 2025

Sorry my other comment didn’t seem to work. I would love the fragrance of freshly cut grass and apple entwined giving a sweet scent with earthy vibes

Jay Crossingham January 06, 2025

I would love to have Tom Ford’s Oud Wood, or Ombré Nomade by LV.

Tina January 06, 2025

I love woody earthy smells like cedar wood , sandalwood, moss , pink pepper , patchouli .

Julie January 06, 2025

I’m loving aromatherapy oils like cedarwood, myrrh & cypress at the moment. More masculine but blend so well with ylang ylang, jasmine & patchouli for balance.

Alison Thompson January 06, 2025

lush do a christmas scent called yognog, it is gorgeous with a spicy sweet caramel with cocoa butter, toffee smell. It has to be smelt to be appreciated. I love it and would wash my clothes in it for sure.
Also like the idea of fresh cut lawn and apple. Reminds me of when I was a kid. Sort of sweet and earthy smeel entwined.

Lisa January 06, 2025

I have absolutely adored Myrrh-y Christmas … I’d love it in a laundry perfume spray too! Please make it in large bottles rather than relegating it to a seasonal treat!

Alison Thompson January 06, 2025

lush do a christmas scent called yognog, it is gorgeous with a spicy sweet caramel with cocoa butter, toffee smell. It has to be smelt to be appreciated. I love it and would wash my clothes in it for sure.

Rafaella Melo-Stagni January 06, 2025

Hi Team,

My favourite perfume of all time is Pleasures by Estee Lauder. I think it would fulfil some of that emptiness quite nicely. It might be a long shot to throw this here, but I’ll give it a try. Xx

Elaine January 06, 2025

I would love Angel by Thierry Muglar. My favourite perfume for 25 years

Beth January 06, 2025

Tom Ford Ombré Leather – it’s an incredible scent

Cheryl Wiltshire January 06, 2025

Your best fragrance is myrrh-y Christmas, it kills me that it’s a seasonal one 😢

Dawn Goodwin January 06, 2025

Please bring back Pistachio and Cocoa Kisses permanently 💚🤎, and never ever stop Date Night ❤️🍒🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Linda Monks January 06, 2025

Definitely snow fairy by lush use oud but have just received the sample pack to try

Carrie Nurse January 06, 2025

Absolutely positively ICING ON THE CAKE full mode…fabric spray, car refreshers, perfume sample vials….anything and EVERYTHING and in the permanent range!!! I havw had to conserve my ICING ON THE CAKE because you werent shipping to the US the last 5 months -so i only use it to launder my sheets ans bedding. It lasts soooooo long and has the MOST delightfully, relaxing, clean, feminine scent EVER!!!! PLEASE RESTOCK AND NEVER RUN OUT AGAIN~ I have to echo another superfan’s suggestion of “a deeper oud scent” again just the absolute BEST scent that lasts 😍 💕 Thank you for all of your hard work and including all of us in this amazing journey ❤️

Pamela R January 06, 2025

The smell of walking through bluebell woods in spring.

Dangerous2095 January 06, 2025

To make a highly unisex fragrance go down the line of D&G Light blue for women/Versace man EAU fraiche as they are basically the same just marketed to either sex.
I imagine more than 50% of your customer base is female so to hit that market I would choose something along the lines of Kilians love don’t be shy.

Sam January 06, 2025

Keep checking back for icing on the cake. Any update? And will there be a fabric spray of it?

Lyddia Morris January 06, 2025

Would love a rose scent like Delina exclusif and a boozy apple and cinnamon scent.
I sadly missed the chocolate vanilla scent but that’s right up my street so id love to see it back.
I also wish the other scents could have the same intensity as Oud or incorporate Oud into some of the new scents.

Fiona Haddon January 06, 2025

Someone mentioned Antonia’s flowers amazing perfume . I used to buy it every year for my mum, people always commented on it. Cath Collins does am amazing room fragrance called flowershop

natalie brennan January 06, 2025

Icing on the cake, soft powdery scent, that you can actually smell on the laundry, it’s out of stock,so gone with celestial atm.

Nikki Nathan January 06, 2025

Icing on the cake and cocoa butter kisses is all I want…not so in love with the others. If you buy it and love it it’s not great when you then can’t restock 😫

Sue Soltan January 06, 2025

Victor and Rolf Flowerbomb is like wrapping yourself in the softest baby blanket … Iv used it for 20years , would love my bedding to smell like that

Lindsay Matheson January 06, 2025

Coconut and Rose is amazing together.

Elaine Allan January 06, 2025

Fav scents at the moment tobacco/vanilla Tom Ford scent
And
Jo Malone, Sea salt & wood sage

So anything like these would be great

Dani Charles January 06, 2025

Citrus fragrances… lemon,orange grapefruit.
Sandalwood

Charlotte January 06, 2025

Something reminiscent of Antonia’s Flowers would be absolutely amazing. Ditto Gucci Rush!

Alison Butchers January 06, 2025

Pumpkin and vanilla (like the body shop!)
Gingerbread
Frankincense and myrrh
Bergamot
Orange spice

Moria January 06, 2025

I love icing on the cake, but also would love lavender as a fragrance for sure.

Lynne Mc January 06, 2025

How about:
- Bay and Rosemary
- Fig
- Thyme and Mint
- Bergamot and Nettle
- Orange and Bergamot
- Sea Salt

Nicole January 06, 2025

Although I have every scent, I feel like you are missing more deep sophisticated scents. In the woody-amber category. Myrrhy Christmas and Naughty and Spice was a nice addition to the range that could fit well in this category. And would be great for men and women.

As alot of the scents are quite floral, they are quite feminine. And then the more masculine ones are SO masculine that they dont feel unisex.

Thomas @makingscentsmakesense January 06, 2025

Hi! Big fan of your brand. I don’t think your range is mapped correctly on the wheel. A lot of your florals sit more in the fruity and or gourmand (edible) more than the traditional floral. I think it would be lovely to see a big floral bouquet style fragrance, maybe something orange blossom-centric like Elie Saab Le Parfum. I’d also say you do have some aquatic (odyssey would sit across woody, aquatic and aromatic more than citrus) but a traditional, salty fresh sea spray scent would work nicely (a la Miller Harris L’Eau Magnetic or Issey Miyake Sel d’Issey). I’d also love to see a green, like a nice juicy, jungly green scent (think rain soaked monstera leaves). Something classically fougère and barbershoppy would be a nice addition to, in the direction of Gaultier Le Mâle. Just some thoughts from a person who thinks about smell a lot!

Sandie Smith January 06, 2025

Cocoa Butter Kisses is all I need back 🤎

T January 06, 2025

The Langham Ginger Flower signature scent is one of the most famous scents in hospitality.
Anything inspired by that scent would be perfect

T January 06, 2025

The Langham Ginger Flower signature scent is one of the most famous scents in hospitality.
Anything inspired by that scent would be perfect

Alexis Ripley January 06, 2025

Cocoa butter kisses…

T.Falch January 06, 2025

I love Jo Malone fragrances and I’d love something like Pear and Freesia. I think I missed the pistachio, which is unfortunate.

Tracy Weeks January 06, 2025

Hi Candy Beach is my favourite, scent lasts on my laundry for ages, so lovely!
I think it didn’t sell because it’s in an awful Pink bottle!
I wonder if it had been in a more neutral colour bottle it would have sold better

Alex January 06, 2025

Personally think you are missing cocoa butter kisses🤎 love vanilla and summery fragrances

Allison January 06, 2025

Anything with a comforting musk or creamy sandalwood please! Along the lines of This is Her by Zadig & Voltaire, Santal Blanc by Van Cleef & Arpels, or L’eau Papier by Diptyque!

Candice January 06, 2025

I love warm spice and clean citrus, maybe a ginger and lime? Moscow mule style.

Stuart Hutchison January 06, 2025

I would like along the lines of Creed Aventus or a Sol De Janeiro Brazilian crush 62 scent😁

Ellie Archer January 06, 2025

Seaweed and citrus (bergamot/lemon)
Seamoss and vanilla bean
Sakura and cherry blossom (maybe with some sandalwood to match the woody theme)

Rochelle January 06, 2025

Where would icing on the cake sit on the wheel? Could there be a deeper oud scent (as we know ouds provide a lasting scent). For example, Penhaligons has Halfeti and Halfeti Leather.

Belinda Van der Vliet January 06, 2025

Neroli and lime , my favourite notes in perfume , so maybe introduce some of those elements . Also take inspiration from Arabic perfumes , as they are very different to the European / American types. Just a thought ! I do like the Oud based fabric shampoo/ conditioner , I love it for my bedding . I like my current one Aurora , but will swop at some point back to Oud . Keep the inspiration flowing !

Paula Lewis January 06, 2025

I love a sharp lemon blast of scent. Clean fresh and invigorating. Lovin your work ❤️

Lesley Powell January 06, 2025

Something ozone, sea salty with a mossy scent. When you take the sheets off the washing line after the sun has burned off a seafret

Lesley Gray January 06, 2025

Smell doesn’t last do you do tumble dryer sheets

Lilly Y January 06, 2025

Petition for icing on the cake to be a permanent scent! it has been my favourite so far! would subscribe so quick on that! insert Fry ‘Shut Up and Take My Money’ meme

Rose Purcell January 06, 2025

Just started using the product the scents are lovely. Just wondering what would you use for newborn clothes?

Jayne January 06, 2025

I’d love a herbal/ sea salt type scent or a woody vetiver one please

Alexandra Gallagher January 06, 2025

Def green and citrus, a fresh grass orange blossom and jasmine would be my idea of heaven

Hayley Nash January 06, 2025

I love salted moss, shampoo and conditioner please x

Tracey Heaton January 06, 2025

Ps that last message should have said hit the spot, not the word I used 🤣🤣🤣

Tracey Heaton January 06, 2025

I have absolutely no idea why you got rid of candy beach and kept celestial, which smells awful, really chemically. Aurora whilst ok does not hold any scent at all without using literally a triple dose. We need some stronger scents that really last, because that’s what premium priced laundry shampoo and conditioner should be expected to do. I do love your products but a lot just don’t hit the shit. Summer fling was a really weak scent, as was the pistachio one. Icing on the cake for me is too strong and not a nice scent for me, it’s too sweet. A good range from each scent group is defo the way forward

Ali M January 06, 2025

I’m loving the Oud, subtle enough that it doesn’t stop you wearing your own scents on top. Other lines that would tempt me to try would be those with pomegranate, pepper, lime & basil variations. Similar to Jo Malone!

Carla January 06, 2025

I’d love a scent like the let the good times roll body spray and snow fairy by lush 😍

Gem January 06, 2025

More fresh citrus scent

Linda Brunskill January 06, 2025

Agree, need more woody and/or aquatic.
I think anything Le Labo, Frederic Malle, Byredo or Kilian (has to be Love don’t be Shy) inspired would be absolutely stunning! Xx

Leigh January 06, 2025

I am addicted to Creed Aventus for men so to have my sheets and duvet smelling like that would be heaven!

Lauren Parr January 06, 2025

Maybe an ‘Arabian night’ scent – amber, blackcurrant, vanilla scents 😃

Jennifer Benyon January 06, 2025

I always say the same thing but L’eau Papier by Diptyque would be AMAZING!! (& Totally fits into your “woody” category)… I’d love to try a rain and salted moss S&C too though!! 🤩

Sharron Harris January 06, 2025

I think your range is just perfect as it is. Do they contain softners?

Katie Hodgson January 06, 2025

White Neroli and Lemon very fresh scent
something that smells like Neom they are gorgeous scents.

Also seychelles white company

Louise burton January 06, 2025

Yes definitely missing the herbal beach scents. after all the sweet Perfume & aftershave scents. I’d like a crisp beachfront scent and maybe a tropical pineapple & coconut scent going into the summer. Something uplifting after the cold rainy days we’ve had. St Bart’s smells so good a dupe would be fab.

Sally Perrin January 06, 2025

I tried your Bahama vibes and thought the scent was very pleasant and fresh but now I have Duvet Day and I’m afraid to say I think it is awful. It smells musty and stale, really quite horrible! I would return it if I could!

C A McGlynn January 06, 2025

Can we have Rain & Salted Moss as a shampoo & conditioner please?

Aleksandra Jakubowska January 06, 2025

I love Birthday Cake and Enigma so hoping it will go back to stock one day. I would like sweet vanilla scent, maybe fresh Cucumber and aloe Vera too 💜

Hayley fernandez January 06, 2025

I love jadore lor
Or Elemis frangapani scent

They would both be incredible!

C A McGlynn January 06, 2025

One of my favourite perfumes is Jo by Jo Loves which has top notes of grapefruit, orange, lime followed by black pepper, guaiac wood, vetiver, cedarwood,

Megan January 06, 2025

Black opium or a berry scent. But like a frosty vanilla berry. I would love a scent that is more berry than cherry

Ling Cooper January 06, 2025

Hello! Not sure message sent last time, so I would personally love Byredos Mojhave Ghost or Missing person by Phlur (think of a skin musk, neroli, sandalwood, blonde wood) its like a warm hug scent. I’m craving softer perfumes as opposed to say Bacarat. Ps gifted my dad the date night fabric spray and he said quote it’s very good, I sprayed it on the end of my bed and 2 days later I can still smell it!

L January 06, 2025

If you can replicate a scent akin to Halfeti, you’ll be on to a winner!

Dawn Edes January 06, 2025
Molton browns coastal cypress is so clean a nice scent

Maybe a myrrh in the woody or something that smells like dioriveria

Lisa Sellers January 06, 2025

Dolce and gabbana light blue would be an amazing fragrance .
Fresh and aquatic.

Laura Cornwell January 06, 2025

I missed out on the cocoa and vanilla scent and really wish I could have got it! It’s something quite neutral that I think would be a good staple to the collection as it’s not too floral. We wash mine, my daughters and husbands clothes and I think it’s good to have something not to gender specific.

K January 06, 2025

Candy Beach was the best! So sad it’s discontinued. I think it should be renamed and included in the sample packs so customers can try before they buy!

Lou R January 06, 2025

I love the subtle smell of vanilla, green apple and cinnamon.

Charmaine January 06, 2025

I yearn for a sherbet scent ( dolce vita esq) or and not similar at all is Noir from the white company, so clean and fresh.

Paula January 06, 2025

Raspberry and rhubarb x

Marketa Saunders January 06, 2025

I absolutely loved Enigma only hope you will bring it back as permanent one. I which actually the limited editions were not limited 😭

Kirsty Thompson January 06, 2025

Sweet vanilla, caramel, chocolate, like icing on the cake and cocoa butter kisses had a sweet cupcake baby

Tracy Gibson-giles January 06, 2025

I like fresh scents. No offence but Duvet Day was a big disappointment for me, not nearly strong enough scent wise.
Also like citrus scents, something like Jo Malone lime, basil, mandarin. :)

Karen Corbishley January 06, 2025

I love romantic perfumes with a fresh twist. Frangipani, honeysuckle and jasmine are divine. Oh to sniff those scents right up the nozzie getting into bed 😍.

K dee January 06, 2025

Woodsage and sea salt.

Ruth Smith January 06, 2025

Oooh or a leather, tobacco and musk hybrid. YUM

TP January 06, 2025

Candy Beach was my fav!
Maybe like Parma violets,
Caramel Swirl,
Strawberry shortcake?
💜💖🤍

Paula January 06, 2025

Parma violets haha, love it, I also loved the last surprise black bottle scent x

Steph January 06, 2025

Tom Ford – Black Orchid. A gorgeous spicy/woody scent to fill the gap. Make it a premium product with extra perfume so the scent lasts longer, would happily pay extra for a stronger scent.

W January 06, 2025

Far too many fragrances. What is needed is a classic fragrance like The Laundress No 10 far superior to any of Tallow and Ash fragrance. It also lasted far longer .
Quality not quantity.

Charlotte Morecroft January 06, 2025

My biggest feedback is that the temporary scents have overtook the original collection in my opinion. Enigma, the cocoa butter one and the Mrryh Christmas one are my top three, whereas with the original ones I like them, but not nearly as much.

Kimberly January 06, 2025

Would love double scent concentration in the conditioner because I want a lingering scent after washing. I don’t want to have to burn through my conditioner twice as fast as my shampoo to try and make it stronger/longer lasting. The scents are glorious when doing the laundry but don’t fragrance the clothes much once dry.

Ruth Smith January 06, 2025

Mossy woods needs it’s own laundry shampoo and conditioner. Would also love musk and coffee that doesn’t pull sweet but is perfectly warming comforting. Think Replica Coffee Break or even Whispers in the Library. Stunning scents!

Paula January 06, 2025

Something like the atropa belladonna scent by Shay and blue, or like the happy Clinique scent, one feels more luxurious and the other just makes us feel happy haha x

Faye January 06, 2025

Something like Jo malones wood sage and sea salt. Its woody but super fresh.

Kayleigh Ludlow January 06, 2025

Something like lady million or fame. Something musky

amy January 06, 2025

patchouli

Joanne crowe January 06, 2025

There is a scent in marks and Spenser which is grapefruit ginger and pomelo which would be an amazing detergent.

B White January 06, 2025

Me again!! Please could we have a fresh scent section? Sea Breeze, Leather/Sandalwood, Fresh Linen, Watermelon and Tangerine maybe. Piny Snow Cone perhaps.. I have loads of ideas but the base notes are mainly Vanila, Violet or Musk tones.

Julie Foord January 06, 2025

Something along the lines of Santal 33 would be lush👃

Nicola atkinson January 06, 2025

Love love love spa smells , fresh sea breeze , musk is lovely , loving all mine that I’ve ordered so far my washing smells divine x

Adam January 06, 2025

Bay rum

Anne Dyos January 06, 2025

I was eager to try the sample of aurora but there was hardly any scent at all when I took clothes out of the tumble dryer. I might try again when washing can be dried outside

Helen Doyle January 06, 2025

Green and fresh along the lines of Chanel 19

Kris January 06, 2025

Lack of smell on cloths and oud didn’t smell like oud I like a bold woody fragrance and didn’t find that

Dom January 06, 2025

I would love a fresh, greeny scent or a clean aquatic one. More on the spring freshness side then wintery or summery florals.

Kristin January 06, 2025

Musk

B White January 06, 2025

I really liked the scent of the Candy Beach and could smell it even after clothing was dried. The scent of the Aurora though was very subtle and when washing was dried it wasn’t noticeable at all, which is disappointing.
Please could we have a lively Musk Scent and a Ylang Ylang?

Alyssa January 06, 2025

pleaaaasseee something sweet for the girlies!! real caramel/chocolatey
also if you could somehow make one like commodity’s Milk that would be PERFECT!!

John January 06, 2025

Bring back Enigma please… my favourite 🤩, thanks.

Margaret Clark January 06, 2025

Love the scents of arpeggios, landing, and chanel no. 5.

Amanda Long January 06, 2025

I would love a scent based on Amazing Grace by Philosophy.

Vicky Burd January 06, 2025

Gourmandy chocolatey cakey apple pie baked goods!! And please please please, scent boosters! I want a STRONG scent without using half a bottle of fabric conditioner. ♡

Claire C January 06, 2025

Rain and salted moss is beautiful!!!

tahli Jones January 06, 2025

Recieved my first order today, I’ve been very excited!! Ordered 2 sample sets with one normal size aurora. I’m a little disappointed, the smell is nice but barely noticeable. After washing my clothes I can’t smell anything at all…
