We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮

But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂

We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.

And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.

So, thank you! 🫶

We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

I’d choose B or C, but B actually shows the pen so maybe that one wins my vote.
I keep meaning to order one but was waiting until I order some more products so that I don’t have to pay a lot of postage on the one item. ( Not in Tesco’s yet!)
I needed it yesterday more than once, between myself and friends on our day out!!

I like A, you can see what you are getting and maybe you could put the QR code on the side of this rather that having extra cardboard on the side. Eco friendly as less packaging that way which appeals. Love the stain pen its a game changer 🙌
