What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Yes I’m really gutted this has not been sorted yet. I feel I’ll give it to the start of 2026 then will have to revert to other companies who offer recycling options

Where do I recycle my pouches I love the products but if I can’t recycle these then I won’t be able to continue buying as this is very important to me ?! Thanks

Hi! Is this any closer to being introduced? I have empty pouches just floating around my house and I don’t want them to go to landfill, but moving them around is becoming a bit of a pain, I don’t have the space!

Is this refill scheme any nearer being introduced? You’ve got such a great thing going, I think to be more sustainable through recycling / reusing the pouches would be the icing on the cake. If not, could you look at alternative packing that we can recycle at home?

Yes we are now 2 years on from that and still no option to recycle pouches?
