My highlife of this year was to receive a pacemaker curtesy of our wonderful NHS.
It was an emergency as I had two heart blocks and could not walk more than 5 steps without being totally breathless. The operation was done under local anaesthetic. The moment I was connected up I was a new woman. Thank goodness, I will still be around to enjoy your products old and new for a few more years.
